It was opened by a name that is not mine and I name I have ever used. It is for an Apartment I never lived in or even know where it is. I own my house, I wouldn't get an apartment. Consumer Complaint: I am trying to resolve a debt that I do not owe. I moved into The XXXX apartments in XX/XX/XXXX. I never had any major issues with this apartment complex until I moved out in XX/XX/XXXX. I have not received my deposit that is due back to me. I am being wrongfully charged for carpet replacement for a pet I never owned. I am being billed {$230.00} for pet damages. The apartment complex has never seen me walking any animals. The apartment complex would also, not let me stay there without paying pet rent if they knew i had an animal. I NEVER owned any animals while living there and, still do not. I have tried multiple resources to try and get this issue resolved to no avail. This has been going on for almost a year. Ive filed a complaint with XXXX and the XXXX. I also sent the apartment complex a certified letter of my dispute of the charges due. There was also not a final walkthrough of the apartment at move out. I would not take so much time out of my schedule to dispute charges that are owed. I am not paying for damages that I did not cause. I have a proven track record that I pay all of my bills. I have never had anything go to collections or had debt collectors reaching out for payment. I have also reviewed the apartment complex XXXX reviews. I am not the only resident that has been charged for carpet replacement I would like to get this issued resolved and removed as this is negatively affecting my credit.

Consumer Complaint: These companies have continued to harass me even though I have explained and provided proof that Im not responsible for the things theyre placing on my credit report. I have police reports and other documents proving I was living in another state when these things occurred the times they did. The companies arent resolving the issues. Some of the companies have even took it upon themselves to duplicate some of the fraudulent charges to hurt my credit report purposely. I have suffered greatly due to these fraudulent charges. I am a victim of identity theft. I am writing to request that you block the following fraudulent information from my credit report : ( Identify item ( s ) to be blocked by name of source, such as creditors or tax court, and identify type of item, such as credit account, judgment, etc. ). Consumer Complaint: I received two notices from National Credit Systems , Inc . Both notices stated that I had until XX/XX/2022 to dispute all or any part of the debt and that I could do it by phone or mail ... Because I had received the notice days before the dispute deadline, I decided to call to issue my dispute on XX/XX/2022. On this date, I called with XXXX XXXX directly at ( XXXX ) XXXX and spoke with him... I informed XXXX XXXX that I was disputing both notices with reference numbers XXXX and XXXX and requested that he prove that i owd the debt by providing me with a debt validation letter and supporting documents. XXXX XXXX at the time asked for my email address and I informed him that I was requesting this information be sent by mail. XXXX XXXX then agreed to mail these documents to me, but to no avail. XXXX XXXX website also clearly states that National Credit Systems does not provide any correspondence via email. I later received another notice from XXXX XXXX of National Credit Systems statting that I haver not made a suitable arrangement to resolve my debts. On XX/XX/2022, I called XXXX XXXX again and informed him that I did not receive the requested debt validation documents ... XXXX XXXX went on to indicate that he did not have the documents but that I still owed the debt. I asked to speak with XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX ended the phone call. I tried calling back right after and was left on hold by XXXX XXXX for a long extended amount of time with no success of being connected to a supervisor or manager. I followed up with another phone to XXXX XXXX on either XX/XX/2022 or XX/XX/2022 and had an extensive conversation with him. I informed him I was disputing these debts and still wished to speak with his supervisor, again to no avail ... XXXX XXXX informed me he would again email me documentation and I informed him that his website clearly indicated that National Credit Systems did not communicate with clients via email. XXXX XXXX informed me that he would have his supervisor contact me that day but I have yet to receive a telephone call. These accounts have been placed on all three of my credit reports and have caused my scores to go down over XXXX per bureau. Because of this inconvenience, I have not been able to obtain the requested credit needed for myself and my family. I appreciate your assistance in helping resolve this issue.

It was a collection, filed by National Credit Systems , Inc., XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, GA XXXX. I was informed by XXXX XXXX at National Credit that the collection was for an apartment rental at XXXX at XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Indiana XXXX. I have NEVER live in XXXX at XXXX XXXX. I live at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX since XXXX. XXXX sent me a form to fill out and return to National Credit Systems. I file a police report with the XXXX XXXX Police Department. That police report number is included on the form sent back to National Credit Systems. I visited the XXXX at XXXX XXXX apartments and attempted to get copies of documentation showing the use of my social security number and/or birth date. The manager refused my request, The manage informed me that the collection agency had all the documentation and would send it to me upon request. I requested the lease and rental application. National Credit Systems sent the lease but refused the rental application. My social security number nor my birth date are displayed on the lease. Also, the signature on the lease is not mine. The signature is XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. The collection agency has refused to investigate any of my claims. XXXX, XXXX Police Department has not returned any of my phone calls. I'm stuck with a {$4200.00} collection account on my credit report. I am a businessman. I have business lines of credit that will be impacted by this mistake.

Consumer Complaint: National Credit Systems , Inc. based in XXXX, GA, Tel : ( ( XXXX ) XXXX fraudulently misrepresented and collected money for a non collectable debt. They also did not apply the full amount of funds I paid for a legitimate, collectible debt to my account with them, which was posted on Wednesday, XX/XX/2022. I contacted the Supervisor, XXXX XXXX, on Wednesday, XX/XX/2022, regarding the discrepancy with the actual payment that was made vs payment posted, and account closed letter, he said it would take 10 days after receiving my payment for them to apply the Correct payment amount to my account and generate an closure letter. However, XXXX XXXX XXXX, my account manager, stated in a previous phone conversation on Tuesday, XX/XX/2022, that once my payment was posted to my account, I would receive account closure letter immediately. They have been playing this Intentional, back and forth game with me for over a week putting me in a precarious position financially.

Consumer Complaint: I called back in 2018 when I paid a debt that was owed attached to my social security. Later to find out that they were charging me again for the same apartment complex just a different apartment number. The account national credit system has have a different social security number that isnt mine. The contract that they provided doesnt have my social number on it. They purposely remove the social security number from it. I asked them how can I get an apartment in the same apartment complex if I owed a balance? Thats not possible. They ignored my claim and refused to remove it, after I had just paid XXXX dollars for the debt owed with my social security number. This isnt my debt I paid what I owed.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXX paid me to move out of my apartment and keep my mouth shut about the discrimination/retaliation I had faced from them for the past 5 years. At the beginnin of XXXX I was notified I owed a debt to XXXX despite them payin me to move out, I contacted the debt collector and asked them to validate the debt and on a few weeks later I got a statement that said I nothing was owed for rent, late charges, legal fees, nsf, utility, lease termination, insufficient fee, legal fees, dispossession fee, warrant fee, eviction fee, cleanin charges, damages, key charge, expcept for other non tenant rent was what was claimed to be owed not really a validation or explainin where this debt came from especially when XXXX paid me to move and has yet to pay my deposit of {$500.00} back? I sent a letter back on XX/XX/2022 to National Credit Systems requestin a validation of this fraudulent debt that XXXX seems to have just made up, and no response has been given. It has been reported on my credit report even though their hasn't been any judgements or court orders against sayin I owe XXXX a dime! XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX
