Consumer Complaint: I am writing to file a formal complaint against LexisNexis concerning their inadequate response to a dispute I initiated on XX/XX/2023. The dispute was raised to challenge inaccurate personal information and a public record, specifically under reference number XXXX, in my consumer disclosure report. LexisNexis ' response, dated XX/XX/2023, detailed their attempts to resolve the dispute. They stated that they filed a dispute with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX on XX/XX/2023, seeking clarification and verification of the mentioned public record. As of XX/XX/2023, they reported no response from XXXX and XXXX. Regarding XXXX, their reinvestigation results indicated that the member number submitted was not recognized, suggesting that the dispute resolution was unsuccessful. I am deeply concerned by LexisNexis ' inability to resolve this matter satisfactorily. Their failure to obtain adequate responses from the credit bureaus and their inconclusive reinvestigation with XXXX underscores their inability to address the inaccuracies in my consumer report effectively. Attached to this complaint is a copy of my initial dispute letter to LexisNexis, along with their responses, as supporting documentation.

Consumer Complaint: I had someone who filed bankruptcy on my behalf and they were fined because this was never supposed to happen. When I reached out to the bankruptcy court they showed that the XXXX filings she did on my behalf were rejected due to insufficient documents. So nothing was ever processed fully and I never went through the bankruptcy proceeding. When I reached out to lexisnexis, and let them know the information was incorrect and they should remove it from my credit report. They stated they received the information from PACER which I never gave them permission to share any of my personal information. I do not know this company and they shouldn't have my personal information nor should they be giving my information out, or reporting this to my credit report. It is their duty to ensure they are reporting my information correctly, and if they are releasing my information to another company they need my written consent which they never received. It is showing I filed Bankruptcy twice in a 4 month span which wouldn't make any sense and when I reach out they only forward me that information has been confirmed with PACER which I never gave any information to.
