Consumer Complaint: Contrary to my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, LexisNexis has a ) maintained inaccurate information that was previously disputed on my report, b ) not provided " a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of disputed information, '' and c ) not " [ furnished ] notification of the deletion of disputed information ... who has received a LexisNexis consumer report ... '' Including but not limited to the following inaccuracies still remain, referencing the 42-page document with Consumer Number : XXXX and Case Number : XXXX : On Total Pages 5 of 42 : - XXXX XXXXXXXX is not my name. ( inaccuracy ) This record needs to be disputed. - XXXX XXXX is not my name. ( inaccuracy ) This record needs to be disputed. - XXXX is not my date of birth. ( inaccuracy ) This record needs to be disputed. On Total Pages 6 of 42 : - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX is not a valid address ( inaccuracy ) and is contained within multiple entries ( on Total Pages 7-9 of 42 ) within this report. This record needs to be disputed. - XXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX is not a valid address ( inaccuracy ) This record needs to be disputed. - INVALID is not one of my phone numbers. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX is an unrecognized source. ( inaccuracy ) This record needs to be disputed. On Total Pages 14 of 42 : - Under Record 3, name " XXXX XXXX '' is invalid. ( inaccuracy ) This record needs to be disputed. On Total Pages 19-20 of 42 : - Under Record 1, " XXXX '' was not a policy I was insured under ; the record is invalid ( inaccuracy ). When this record was disputed with LexisNexis, LexisNexis failed to remove the record and also failed to provide " a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of disputed information, '' a consumer right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. This record was already disputed and mis-handled by LexisNexis. On Total Pages 21 of 42 : - Under Record 3, I was never licensed in VA nor have a date of birth of XXXX ( invalid birth year ; inaccuracy ). This record needs to be disputed. - Under Record 2 ( at the bottom of the page ), the court never ruled a conviction of " EXCEED XXXX OR XXXX XXXX FOR ALL VEHICLES BY XXXX XXXX. '' This record needs to be disputed. The conviction was, as the record ( Record XXXX ) right above states and rather, " VIOLATE HAZARD REGULATION. '' On Total Pages 22 of 42 : - Under Record 3, it says the conviction was " XX/XX/25 SP. '' This record needs to be disputed. The conviction was, as the record ( Record XXXX ) below states and rather, " XX/XX/25 SPEED. '' On Total Pages 29 of 42 : - " XXXX '' is not a policy I was insured under. When this record was disputed with LexisNexis, LexisNexis failed to remove the record and also failed to provide " a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of disputed information, '' a consumer right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Consumer Complaint: The investigation took far longer than 30 days. They also did not inform me ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) as to what exactly was changed, nor did they send any updated results to my insurance company that has now been charging me exorbitant rates/premiums since the beginning of XXXX 2023. I also wish to add to my report, held by them, the following statement : I have not had any traffic citations. I also have never been At-Fault in any claims. I have great credit and drive safely. I have been happily married for many years and have a college degree. Thus, I should qualify for your best rates. Thank you for your anticipated understanding and compliance.

Consumer Complaint: According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602 a states " There is a need to ensure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Lexis-Nexis Risk Solutions, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX are not maintaining reasonable procedures. are consumer reporting agencies, and I am the Consumer. These agencies have failed to do so. I have the right to make sure my private information isn't shared which is backed by 15 USC 6801 which states " It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers nonpublic personal information. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) is a financial institution by definition under that title. 15 USC 1681 section 604 a section 2 states that " In general Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) the financial institution and the Consumer reporting agencies, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Lexis-Nexis Risk Solutions, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX do not have my consent to furnish this information and they surely do not have my written consent. Any and all consent to any creditors ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) whether it be verbal, non-verbal, written, implied or otherwise is revoked. 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ) states that " A financial institution may not disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party unless the consumer is given an explanation of how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure option. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) Never informed me of my right to exercise my nondisclosure option. Not only that 15 USC 1681C ( a ) ( 5 ) states ''Except as authorized under subsection ( b ), no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. '' This account is an adverse item they are reporting again without my permission which is against the law. 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A states " A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 U.S. Code 1681e states ''Every consumer reporting agency shall maintain reasonable procedures designed to avoid violations of section 1681c of this title and to limit the furnishing of consumer reports to the purposes listed under section 1681b of this title. XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Lexis-Nexis Risk Solutions, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX are not maintaining reasonable procedures. Also 12 CFR 1016.7 states that " A consumer may exercise the right to opt out at any time. ''I am opting out of your reporting services.

Consumer Complaint: I made dispute on XXXX for 5 claims, one being a duplicate , LN rep stated they had 30 days to do an investigation by law, if anything were to come back unverifiable, they would be removed from my report. I received 2 letters in the mail XXXX -- 5 claims were unverifiable ; does not show they are removed from the report on the letters. After the 30 days, I received a letter that 2 out of the 5 claims are accurate. LN rep did state the duplicate was removed, 4 claims are showing still -- -by law they had 30 days, information stated all 5 were unverifiable -- I've requested several times that those be removed from my report and they state they will have to open up another investigation, I don't want to do that, they had 30 days by law to do the investigation and they came back unverifiable not accurate. case numbers XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

This information was not reported by the bankruptcy court. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX KY was told the Court Never releases Bankruptcy information to the public, nor does it report to CRAs. I was also told by the Court that the only way such information is obtained is through the Public Access to Court Electronic Records ( PACER.gov ), which is a free service and provides the public with access to court records. Consumer violations are : 15 U.S.C. 1681 ( 4 ) : Congressional Findings, and 15 U.S.C. 1681c ( a ) ( 5 ) Information excluded from consumer reports, and no CRA may include any other adverse item of information to anyone. I have the right to privacy and LexisNexis is violating my right to privacy. I have never given LexisNexis consent or permission to give my information to anyone, which is a violation of 15 U.S.C. 1681b - Permissible purposes. Consumer Complaint: LexisNexis has been reporting an at fault accident on my file for XXXX, I have called and complained, with a we cant help you over the phone we will send you the report and you can dispute it ( DOESNT WORK ). then since I was hoping they would finally fix it I pushed a new insurance app and found out now they added a new not at fault accident to my file in XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and I was home working all day on the day in question, I have no claims no damage to any vehicles. This company is extremely unfriendly and difficult to work with in the name of protecting my false information. They make it next to impossible to freeze your account with them! They send you to a website that is XXXX to navigate, the phone system is a huge time XXXX, and all they give you is canned XXXX responses and FIX NOTHING. Somebody needs to help the consumers against monsters like this! Im ready to sue them at this point!
