Consumer Complaint: *THIS IS NOT A DUPLICATE Before I received a letter saying my number was verifiable and that XXXX tried calling my number " XXXX ''. I am aware and have been in contact with LexisNexis and they surely 100 % verified me and so as my phone number ending in XXXX. It is now going on 2 months since " XXXX XXXX '' deposited the Auto Loan check I sent to her and it still has not been released because XXXX claims " We have tried to reach you the phone number ending in XXXX but we have not been able to reach you. We need to speak with you to obtain the information we require to resolve this matter and release the funds '' before and I WAS NOT NEAR MY PHONE which is unfair... they claimed to call my phone and it went strait to voicemail which obviously mean I was not near my phone or it was dead... XXXX is taking me in a loop around to verify myself even tho I have FULL EVIDENCE from my bank XXXX XXXX ) verifying the check that they shared with I ( XXXX XXXX ) and I only. LexisNexis and other consumer reports have my number verified on they system but XXXX... It is not my problem that XXXX system is not updated It is funny that I received letter on the XXXX saying XXXX claim to call my number .. Now XXXX XXXX department claims unable to call my number for verification reasons

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX I filed a dispute with Lexis Nexis when XXXX pulled a report for Commercial insurance, I was advised the dispute would take 30 days. I never heard back. On XX/XX/XXXX I applied for personal auto insurance with XXXX and was denied coverage because Lexis Nexis is reporting an accident dated XX/XX/XXXX ( where I was rear ended ) ; it is reporting twice ( once showing at fault ) another showing ( not at fault ). There was only 1 accident I was driving a XXXX XXXX and was rear ended by a XXXX lady ( driving her dad 's car ) who had XXXX. They paid my damages and claim. I attached that letter from XXXX to the dispute with LexisNexis in XXXX of XXXX and again today. I advised them that it is a duplicate report and it should show only 1 time as " not at fault '' They have told me that XXXX ( which was my insurance at the time ) is reporting this rear end accident as my fault ( I also contacted XXXX at that time ). At this point I don't know who needs to fix it and get it resolved however I can tell you that since I was rear ended it was clearly NOT MY FAULT. My insurance ( XXXX never paid out anything for this accident ). The other party 's insurance ( XXXX " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' ) paid the claim. I can attach proof. This is having a continuous negative impact on my and my ability to get insurance and get insurance at affordable rates. Also an accident dated XX/XX/XXXX ( Comprehensive Claim ) where I was hit by a deer and had XXXX XXXX XXXX is now being reported as an " at fault accident '' for me. These erroneous reports are making it nearly impossible to get and maintain affordable auto insurance. I am not sure how to stop insurance companies from reporting incorrect information or how to go about getting it corrected because no one seems to do anything. Where does the burden of proof fall? I have submitted proof of the claim for XX/XX/XXXX, the accident XX/XX/XXXX is clearly noted as a comprehensive claim ( deer ).

Consumer Complaint: Upon reviewing my credit report, I noticed an unauthorized account from XXXX XXXX and charges on said account. I notified them this account was created without my consent. I also filed a fraud report, showing this theft had been reported. They continued to publish inaccurate information on my credit profile, with all three credit reporting agencies after giving them documentation. They closed the account and left it on my credit report. It was never my account and needs to be removed as it is affecting my overall ability to obtain credit.

Per the FRCA as a Federally Protected Consumer I Am Opting Out of Any and all Authorizations I the consumer may have given written/Unwritten verbal/nonverbal per 15 U.S.C 6802. The Privacy Act of 1974 a Charge Off is considered a Certificate of indebtment and all charge offs be removed the Law states that it is illegal to report transaction history.
