Consumer Complaint: nefarious company called lexisnexis risk solutions, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, never heard of them, I did not authorize this phony data broker to collect information on me, or masquerade as a credit bureau, there website says insurance and criminal investigations, WHY would I give these clowns my personal information so they can surreptitiously open there own file or account using my name? HOW illegal and stupid is that? This name popped up from XXXX XXXX denial letter? I want any/all information deleted, I never gave these conniving data brokers my permission to XXXX open any phony nefarious file on me/ Nobody has heard of them? WHY is that????????

I have spoken with XXXX and XXXX and they say that this is causing my rates to be increased. I DID NOT have any incidents. I used my free windshield repair because that is what I was advised to do. Consumer Complaint: This letter is to inform you that I recently received a copy of my credit report that your company publishes and after reviewing it I found an item on the report that was inaccurate. The account in question is listed below. Please send me copies of the documents that vou have in vour files as of this date that you used to verify the accuracy of the accounts listed below. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681g I have the right to demand that you disclose to me all of the documents that you have recorded and retained in your file at the time of this request concerning the account that you are reporting in my credit report. Please don't respond to my request by saying that this account have been verified. Send me copies of the documents that you have in your files that were used to verify it. If you do not have any documentation in your files to verify the accuracy of the disputed account then please delete it immediately as required under Section 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( A ) ( ). ( a ) ( 5 ) Section States : no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.

Consumer Complaint: I received an adverse letter due to information this company I never heard about provided to XXXX XXXX. This company provided my information without my consent. This company refuses to provide my credit report when requested. I have sent several requests for my report, uploaded documents to obtain a credit freeze until I can review. They have not properly placed a credit freeze on my file for review even after providing requested documentation. I keep getting letters saying I have to provide docs to verify my identity, I have done so. I had to provide when I placed the credit freeze on my file. This company refuses to disclose my report to me which is against the Fair Credit Reporting Act. They are unknown, no one knows about this company, who they are, when they were established, where are they located. They are operatig in secret. They are providing my information without my permission.

Consumer Complaint: Received adverse letter. Submitted for copy of credit report as required by law. Each time requested, sent letter saying they didn't receive information. I did not authorize this company to provide my information to anyone or any company. This company sends our credit report out with erroneous information on it and refuses to provide us a copy of the report. We have no way to review and/or dispute bad information. I Uploaded docs verifying my identity and still received the letter saying can not be verified. 60 minute plus hold to speak to this company. Went on website and requested again for my credit report, they send email saying request received and nothing. This has been ongoing since XX/XX/2023. They have to provide a copy of my credit file to allow me the chance to review and correct anything not correct to be in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. They are not. I have been given the run around even after submitting documents as required. No other credit bureau requires any documents to request a copy of the credit file that belongs to me. That is my right to receive it. I have ever heard of this company until XX/XX/2023 and received an adverse report. I want my credit report. The bureaucratic red tape by this conglomerate that holds my personal information is not operating within the guides of the FCRA.

Consumer Complaint: Lexis nexis are reporting a bankruptcy on my credit report and they have put in the date of furnisher as being the XXXX court of XXXX, ga, which is false. I have a attached a letter from the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ga, verifying and stating that they do not furnish information over ti the credit bureaus or any credit monitoring services nor do they verify or validate any information concerning bankruptcies. XXXX, XXXX and XXXX is falsely stating this information on my credit report and have yet to remove this my credit report. Thai bankrupcy is also fraud because I never applied for bankruptcy so its not my bankruptcy
