Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I did an online request for a payout of {$300.00} for my rewards- this should have gone into my checking account ending in XXXX. Instead, it was deposited into an account ending in XXXX, which does not belong to me. They don't seem to understand that I have not received the rewards cash, despite me explaining numerous times. I have no idea what to do at this point since I can't get through to anyone there.

Since I can not reach my friend, so I can not verify it. The bank never provided me the proof and also refused to send the check to me!!!

I regret to inform you that if these matters are not resolved promptly, I will be left with no choice but to take legal actions to seek resolution. Consumer Complaint: I placed an order on XXXX on XX/XX/2023, and was charged {$610.00}. XXXX only sent a part of my order ( two items missing ) but charged the full amount. I contacted XXXX regarding the incompleteness of my order. XXXX did not acknowledge this incompleteness and provided shipping information saying they sent them same time but in two packages. We only got one ( proved by our doorbell video ). I proposed to provide that video but XXXX refused and closed my complaint. Thus, I contacted Chase to dispute the charge within the 60-day period. Chase later responded with a letter saying there was no error in the transaction because XXXX provided them with an order invoice. That order invoice is apparently insufficient to prove XXXX delivered all items to me. Then I filed a claim on XXXX against XXXX and exchanged the evidence we had with XXXX and XXXX. XXXX did their investigation and confirmed the two missing items were never sent to us ( which can be proved by my XXXX communication record ) and agreed to refund us the value of the items {$250.00}. I waited a couple of weeks and did not see the credit in my Chase account. Then I contacted XXXX again and XXXX replied saying they failed to issue the refund because of a chargeback and asked me to contact Chase. It took a long time to go through all these communications and the last time I heard back from XXXX was in XXXX already. Finally, I contacted Chase on XX/XX/XXXX, and XXXX took my phone call only saying there was nothing they could do because that happened too long ago. I told her Chase used the wrong information to make the decision and XXXX has acknowledged their mistake and is willing to refund but they need Chase to be involved for the refund. XXXX decided to do nothing further and told me her decision was final and I have no way to file a complaint on this decision. Luckily, I know my rights as a consumer. Thus, I am filing this complaint here to request Chase to process the refund of {$250.00} as XXXX agreed.
