Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I did an online request for a payout of {$300.00} for my rewards- this should have gone into my checking account ending in XXXX. Instead, it was deposited into an account ending in XXXX, which does not belong to me. They don't seem to understand that I have not received the rewards cash, despite me explaining numerous times. I have no idea what to do at this point since I can't get through to anyone there.

Consumer Complaint: These accounts and inquiries are not mine they were made without my permission, consent, inquires. JPMCB CARD SERVICES Inquiry : XX/XX/, Inquiry : XX/XX/2023 or all the above accounts and inquiry is and are fraudulent and according to The Court FCRA these accounts violated my rights in many ways these accounts is past the statutory limit what the law required under statute 15 USC 1681 B, 15 USC 1681u 1681 section 602 Alpha which states I have a right to privacy, 15 USC 1681 604 Alpha Section 2 which states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instruction or consent 15 USC 1666 Bravo which states a creditor may not treat a payment on a consumer credit card plan as a late payment for any reason the inquiries must be removed immediately thank you.

I contacted chase many times, the bank manager never provided me the proper reason they hold my fund. The bank said my friend, XXXX XXXX XXXX asked recall for the fund. I dont believe he did it. Since I can not reach my friend, so I can not verify it. The bank never provided me the proof and also refused to send the check to me!!!

When I tried to get the funds back, Chase bank stated that they were having trouble releasing the funds to me as the account was already closed. I escalated this issue multiple times and I had gotten some excuse saying that XXXX was making it difficult. I understood and gave it some time. They also stated they would reimburse my balance plus more, making it {$5000.00}. It is now XXXX, and, after multiple promises to release the funds to me, I still do not have it.

Consumer Complaint: Chase Bank Attn : Customer Service [ Chase Headquarters Address ] XXXX XXXX, NY XXXX Chase Card Services Attn : Customer Service XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, DE XXXX Subject : Final Notice- Intent To Sue - Demand for Transfer of Applied Credit and Accountable Notes Dear CEO XXXX XXXX , CFO XXXX XXXX I am writing this letter as a final notice regarding the transfer of all applied credit and accountable notes to my account ending in XXXX, which is due to the principal account. I regret to inform you that if these matters are not resolved promptly, I will be left with no choice but to take legal actions to seek resolution. I would like to reiterate that all billing statements have been accepted and endorsed by me on behalf of the principal debtor as surety for the principal. They were sent to Chase headquarters located in XXXX XXXX, NY XXXX, with tracking number XXXX, as well as Chase Card Services at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, DE XXXX, with tracking number XXXX, which was signed for upon completion of delivery. Consumer Complaint: I placed an order on XXXX on XX/XX/2023, and was charged {$610.00}. XXXX only sent a part of my order ( two items missing ) but charged the full amount. I contacted XXXX regarding the incompleteness of my order. XXXX did not acknowledge this incompleteness and provided shipping information saying they sent them same time but in two packages. We only got one ( proved by our doorbell video ). I proposed to provide that video but XXXX refused and closed my complaint. Thus, I contacted Chase to dispute the charge within the 60-day period. Chase later responded with a letter saying there was no error in the transaction because XXXX provided them with an order invoice. That order invoice is apparently insufficient to prove XXXX delivered all items to me. Then I filed a claim on XXXX against XXXX and exchanged the evidence we had with XXXX and XXXX. XXXX did their investigation and confirmed the two missing items were never sent to us ( which can be proved by my XXXX communication record ) and agreed to refund us the value of the items {$250.00}. I waited a couple of weeks and did not see the credit in my Chase account. Then I contacted XXXX again and XXXX replied saying they failed to issue the refund because of a chargeback and asked me to contact Chase. It took a long time to go through all these communications and the last time I heard back from XXXX was in XXXX already. Finally, I contacted Chase on XX/XX/XXXX, and XXXX took my phone call only saying there was nothing they could do because that happened too long ago. I told her Chase used the wrong information to make the decision and XXXX has acknowledged their mistake and is willing to refund but they need Chase to be involved for the refund. XXXX decided to do nothing further and told me her decision was final and I have no way to file a complaint on this decision. Luckily, I know my rights as a consumer. Thus, I am filing this complaint here to request Chase to process the refund of {$250.00} as XXXX agreed.
