Official interpretation of 13 ( b ) Billing Error Notice 1. Withdrawal of billing error notice by consumer. The creditor need not comply with the requirements of 1026.13 ( c ) through ( g ) of this section if the consumer concludes that no billing error occurred and voluntarily withdraws the billing error notice. The consumer 's withdrawal of a billing error notice may be oral, electronic or written. 2. Form of written notice. My first and second paycheck did not include all of my working hours and I will not get the retro pay until XXXX. My paychecks are over {$1000.00} short and I am not able to pay all of my bills at this time. We had a hurricane two weeks ago that I needed to prepare my home and family for so that was a large expense. I also did not get paid for the days we were out of work. I have 10 overdraft fees that I asked to have reversed and the bank declined the request for reversal.

They also stated " they are allowed to violate XXXX and XXXX laws for wiretapping '' and continued to record me without my consent. Its professional thiefs in XXXX that collect people information an us the the information starting identy theft. Our wallets, car keys, cash, purse, my pants and identification. They empty our accounts, opened credit, tried to open several accounts with companys sending us information asking us for more information. It was extremely horrible dealing through this tragedy... We havent trusted to travel or even give information on the phone. Feel comfortable to look at certain emails. It extremely effected our daily living today.
