Consumer Complaint: Thanks for your help. I sent one claim last month but it is closed. But what the bank said it is not true. I donot know where to ask for help. Could you please help? the case number is XXXX. On XXXX Outgoing wire transfer - {$18000.00} to a person I did not know. Not sure who entered my account and did it, Chase said they can not refund. With your help, they replied but denied my case. The reason they told is not the whole story. It is a very complicated story. They replied " '' We sent a One Time Passcode connected to the phone number .... to send the wire transfer. '' '' The passcode we received is for another transaction. There were two transactions pending on XX/XX/24 when I made the phone call. one is {$18000.00}, another one is {$18000.00}. My purpose was to release the {$18000.00} since it was pending over 2 days and our vendor would not release our order. That is why I called. The banker on the phone thought I wanted to release {$18000.00}, he sent us code to release the money. By that time, I even do not know there is one {$18000.00} pending as well. He told me I release your wire. I said " no, it is ACH payment, not wire '' He said it is a wire. I said it is wrong. Then we figured we were talking two different translocation. I immediately told him to stop {$18000.00} since I did not recognize it. and only release {$18000.00}. The banker said I stopped the wire. This is the whole story, and it is recorded when I made the phone call. If the investigator listened the recording on XX/XX/24. He/She could find out where is wrong. It explained everything. The banker made the mistake and released the wrong one, when he tried to stop it, it might to late so it is released.

Consumer Complaint: I opened a new account with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I deposited my two paychecks from the State of Idaho totaling {$2700.00} into the account and I still havent received my money. The deposit was put on hold, then I drove 6 hours round trip to a branch and they couldnt help me. Whats followed is multiple phone calls and getting a different answer every time I call. Ive been told Id have my money the next day, Ive been told the checks had to be verified, but the bank refused to call the number I gave them for the state controller. It took over a week to finally get someone to call the controller and verify the checks and then I was told Id have the money in my account. Then I was told that no the account was closed, then I was told it wasnt closed and Id have my money the next day again, then it was that no the account had been closed and the money sent in a cashiers check, then yesterday it was back to verifying the checks when Ive been told they were verified. The state controllers office told me theyd cerified them multiple times and didnt know what else Chase wanted. Now I was on the phone for over an hour yesterday only to be told Id have the money in a week. These are my paychecks so Ive had next to nothing to live on for a month. I cant get gas in my car, cant pay my bills, cant buy groceries, and couldnt go with my daughter to move her into her dorm at college. Its been almost 5 weeks and I just want my money. Ive never worked with a more incompetent company in my life and at this point aside from this and possible legal action I dont know what to even do.

Chase has charged me a total of {$270.00} from the dates above. On XX/XX/2023, I called Chase to try and resolve this issue. I spoke with a representative by the name of XXXX. Per my request, I also spoke to a supervisor. Both informed me that Chase takes breaks during the holidays, therefore deposits may take a little longer. I have auto pay on all of my bills, I received a deposit to cover all my bills charges On XX/XX/2023. Chase 5 days to clear check deposited, while also charging overdraft fees. I have also written a letter to Chase requesting ways of us being able to resolve this issue. I'm tiring my best to keep up with the account but with all the overdraft fees, its becoming a little harder.
