Issue: Attempts to collect debt not owed
Subissue: Debt is not yours
Consumer Complaint: Many different debt collection companies had obtained my information and mailed me numerous collection letters. They try to collect on behalf of JP Morgan Chase. However, I have found out that my SSN does not match with the person who owes them the debt. Please do something so I can stop receiving those letters.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 In Louisiana a TV commercial ad aired on basic cable station called XXXX channel ; XXXX to be exact. The commercial was by Chase bank. To make matters worse, the ad was advertising towards children for their own bank account. Heres a link to the commercial : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX At XXXX seconds into the commercial, a disclaimer is displayed at the bottom of the screen. The text itself is so blurry and pixelated it is ineligible to read. A disclaimer is what defines a companies truth and credibility in an Ad and having a disclaimer thats ineligible is misleading for both parents and children who are watching this tv Ad. Chase bank shouldnt be targeting children to begin with. Then theyre purposefully blurring the disclaimer to hide facts from what should be public knowledge. The channel it is displayed on has tv shows that are rated PG. Which means this channel is watched mostly by families and children. Theyre preying on the minorities. This shouldnt be allowed. They should be held accountable. Please help me and the many families who want transparency and truth.

Consumer Complaint: JP Morgan Chase created a fraudulent warranty deed of trust using my personal identifying information without my consent or permission to use the local circuit clerks office to file a fraudulent warranty deed on behalf of XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX JP Morgan Chase fraudulently represented that they were XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and assigned themselves in the same document as the new owner of the warranty deed in my property that was filed in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Any ancts of fraud nullifies the entire contract. The Warranty deed was fraud JP Morgan Chase subsequently filed another fraudulent document and filed with the same local clerks office Assigning the note to XXXX and nominated themselves in the same warranty deed as successor trustee in the warranty deed which is fraudulent in violation. In the same manner JP Morgan Chase fraudulently used my personal identifying information and separated the warranty deed and created an assignment of security instrument to XXXX XXXX solely for the purpose of foreclosure. Even though homeowners were to be giving relief during COVID, JP Morgan Chase entered into servicing agreements with small privately held banks like XXXX using the Assignment of Security Instrument separate from the Warranty Deed of Trust solely to foreclose on myself and other not so knowledgeable consumers. I did everything I was supposed to do and ultimately went into XXXX XXXXe and was placed on XXXX So, when I was giving the non-judicial foreclosure notice I temporarily moved close to XXXX Hospital for the purpose of transplant but also because I was consistently getting denials from XXXX Bank regarding my COVID application that I later learned though the Master Servicing Agreement that nothing I did would save my home until I started to see the massive amounts of fraud. I have revoked JP Morgans chase security interest in my home by affidavit due to the broken chain in command and fraud of the warranty deed. JP Morgan Chase has continue to expedite foreclosure efforts by hiring a law firm as successor trustee based upon the fraudulently filed warranty deed. This is a pattern of criminal activity, deceit and fraud on the part of JP Morgan Chase. JPMorgan Chase who assigned Servicing rights to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX by fraudulent conveyance was found guilty and in violation of FCA 31 USC 3729 et seq ; FIRREA 12 USC s 1883s ; Civil Monetary Penalties Law 42 USC 1320a ; and the Civil Monetary Penalties Law, 42 USC 1320a-7a ; and the Program Fraud Civil Remedies Act, 31 USC 3801 et seq., in the United States District Court Southern District XXXX XXXX XXXX for their securitization and using nefarious tactics by using the lower state courts recorder of deeds to process fraudulent conveyance of warranty deeds which in fact is the case with the alleged debt and Note referenced above therefore any assignment in the Note referenced XX/XX/XXXX is fraudulent and void. This is NOT a request for verification using the XXXX system or any other third-party credit agency such as XXXX XXXX nor is it a request to verify proof of my mailing address or other statistical information. Instead, this is a request for VALIDATION of the debt with supporting documentation pursuant to 15 USC Code 1681 ( C-1 ) Sec 605 ( A ) ; 15 USC 1681 ( b ) Sec. 604 ; 15 USC 1681 ( C-2 ) Sec 605B ; and 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) of the FDCPA that is competent evidence that I have a legal contractual obligation with JP Morgan Chase to provide remedy to you other than remedy already providing.

Issue: Attempts to collect debt not owed
Subissue: Debt is not yours
Consumer Complaint: I am writing to request the assistance of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) in resolving a matter concerning my credit report. I believe that JPMorgan Chase Bank ( hereinafter referred to as " JPMCB '' ) has inaccurately reported information about my credit history, specifically regarding a credit card debt. I have diligently followed the proper dispute procedures with JPMCB to address this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received satisfactory resolution. I have previously sent XXXX formal dispute letters to JPMCB, dated XX/XX/2023 and XX/XX/2023 respectively, regarding credit card accounts that they claim I opened. In these letters, I requested that JPMCB provide documented proof that the debt is indeed mine, including a valid signature as evidence of my agreement to the debt 's terms. To my disappointment, JPMCB has not provided any verifiable evidence confirming my liability for this debt. In response to my second dispute letter, JPMCB sent me XXXX separate statement letters ( packets ), each purportedly showing charges related to this disputed debt. However, these statements lack proper verification or substantiation to establish that the accounts pertaining to # XXXX and # XXXX are in fact mine. It is noteworthy that the third account, also reported as owing, bearing account number # XXXX, has not been accompanied by any corresponding statement. All three of these accounts, as delineated, are presently documented on my credit report. I firmly believe that it is my right to have accurate and verifiable information on my credit report. The inaccuracies reported by JPMCB have the potential to adversely impact my financial well-being and future creditworthiness. Therefore, I kindly request that the CFPB investigate this matter and facilitate a resolution in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and other applicable regulations. Furthermore, in accordance with the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), I request that JPMorgan Chase Bank ( JPMCB ) furnish clear and unequivocal evidence that conclusively demonstrates my initiation of the credit line in question as the primary account holder, and not as a authorized user. Such evidence may include, but is not limited to, a signed and executed credit agreement, account opening documentation, or any legally binding contract establishing my independent liability for the debt in question. The accuracy and completeness of the reported credit information are of paramount importance in ensuring compliance with federal regulations, including the FCRA, which underscores the necessity for JPMCB to substantiate the authenticity of my indebtedness beyond any reasonable doubt. I trust that JPMCB, as a responsible creditor, will promptly provide the requisite documentation to clarify my status as the primary account holder and assist in resolving this matter expeditiously. Failure to furnish such evidence may be construed as a violation of my rights under federal law and could warrant further legal action to rectify these inaccuracies. I have attached copies of my dispute letters to JPMCB and one-page each from the statement letters they provided in response, as well as a copy of my current credit report reflecting the discrepancies I have outlined. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your assistance in resolving this dispute. Thank you for your prompt attention to this important issue. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I currently have a credit card with Chase credit services and is the XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) credit card. I have had many issues with the credit card but the latest have been personal retaliation towards my credit card. I have no one to help me or advice me on this matter but let me further explain. Since I use this credit card for my everyday expenses the credit limit is XXXX XXXX. But is not maxed out and even though i always make between XXXX to XXXX dollar monthly payments I cant seem to ever lower my debt and my point or rewards never change either. I called them today to see why they always block my card as well as to ask them for a credit increase and the first representative denied me this information I am assuming this was cause she didnt have all my information available as she was located abroad. I asked for her to transfer me to a representative in the States as i knew they always have more information specially regarding my personal account and he did. The second rep was great and provided me with the date of my latest increase request and this is where the problem start. I requested him with his legal department as well as as an email where i could make a formal complaint regarding my credit reporting from them as well as i personally told him i believe they are not treating me fairly and he just provided me with a fax number that doesnt work as well as XXXX XXXX XXXX. Not even XXXX minutes have passed by when i get a XXXX point decrease on my experian credit report. Chase credit card services have always decreased my credit score right after i make a complaint regarding the services they provide. I am not joking and you can check the times i called as well as when i get the experian notifications I even have proof of it on my phone. I am formally accusing Chase credit card services of lowering my credit score for complaining to them for irregularities they are doing to my account and this all include, payments i have made them not posting them, credit decrease for questions and complaints i have, not providing me with information i request, I also accuse them of not treating me as a regular customer and they always seemed to know who i am for some reason.
