Consumer Complaint: A few weeks ago, my accounts were frozen, I have called Chase customer service several times and no one could tell me why my accounts were locked. I have not received a letter or call from anyone explaining why. I have been trying to get MY money out from my account for several days now. Every time I call, they tell me I can go the branch and a branch XXXX can override and withdraw my money for me, since I am not able to withdraw anything myself due to the accounts being locked. When I do go to the branch, the branch XXXX is extremely rude and refuses to help me. I even had a representative on the phone in front of her telling me she is able to override and withdraw for me. The branch XXXX still refused to help me. This has been an awful experience. I need my money. I have many bills I need to pay.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX, JPMCB/ Chase Bank listed a credit card account as charged off to all 3 credit bureaus. The account has remained as " charged off '' since and there has been no update to the status of the account, no payments made, and no card activity since XXXX XXXX. In early XXXX, JPMCB/ Chase Bank incorrectly reported the account as charged off XX/XX/XXXX. They have improperly changed the charge off date which has caused my credit score to drop across all 3 bureaus. I was able to successfully dispute the record with XXXX but I am waiting to see what XXXX and XXXX will do. In the meantime, credit is damaged and I am concerned that my current limits may be cut or have my accounts closed as a result of this JPMB error.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX we were in a car accident in XXXX XXXX where our rental car was totaled and we were charged {$3500.00} XXXX with 15 % tax ( {$520.00} XXXX ). We submitted a claim with Chase Card Benefit Services and gave them everything they asked us for : copy of the incident report form from XXXX XXXX XXXX, Final rental agreement & receipt including rental dates and charges, pictures of the accident, and statement that showed the covered card was used to pay for the rental. They asked for the cost of repairs so we sent them emails from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX where they confirmed the car was not repaired but was deemed total loss and the total payment was the {$3500.00} XXXX + {$520.00} XXXX ( 15 % tax ) reflected on the final rental receipt. Card Benefit Services continued to ask us for a Cost Matrix/Estimate of Repair for Damages/Final Repair Bill . We went back and forth with XXXX and with Card Benefits Services and were getting nowhere as this document simply does not exist as the car was not repaired. We sent Card Benefits Services emails from XXXX confirming this and they continued to ask for this. Finally, on XXXX they made a new request for us to provide " Documentation that confirms the renter listed on the rental agreement was an authorized user of the covered card. '' We provided this and on XXXX they again asked for an estimate of repairs. We believe they are acting in bad faith to prolong this process and ask us for documents that do not exist. We have been going back and forth with Card Benefits Services for 6 months now and it is clear they are acting in bad faith.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2023 I became a victim of fraudulent activity and theft involving my accounts with Chase. The hackers disputed XXXX claims stating payments I had legitimately made to my mortgage, car, credit cards payments and utilities over a year ago. Chase was neglected and never informed me via phone, text, email or other communication and advised until later XX/XX/2023. This is when I went to a local branch and discovered all the fraudulent activities. The hackers were able to complete transactions of cashing out the money Chase had given temporary for those disputes. I would never authorized or make these type of transactions totaling {$18000.00} as it would put my housing in jeopardy as it currently is. I have filed a claims against those transactions and havent gotten anywhere. They were able to retrieve the money via XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX. I am now delinquent with my mortgage and car and other bills on payments I had already made and had no intention of disputing with my bank as it will fraud. I currently have no funds in my accounts and Im currently negative. My credit is also been impacted. I should of been protected by my financial intuition in securing my money as the market themselves. Zero liability protection. They should of stopped this from happening as it should been a reg flag to them. For example someone stopping their mortgage payments from last year. I also have had a relationship with Chase for over XXXX years which they are now suspending due to their own negligence. I dont know what else to do as I have also called the police and opened a case. I HAVE never authorized any of those claims and removed any funds from my accounts. Now Im behind all my bills after being up to date with them. I have also reached out to XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and the rest as well as the credit bureaus to advise I was a victim of fraud an identity theft as the hackers have all my information. I have also file a complaint with the local police in XXXX as some of the money was transferred there. Im in desperate need of help and guidance. Im a single XXXX and have no financial support. I have advised Chase the money belongs back to my creditors or its Chase money. I want to be right with everyone. I can provide any information needed that I might have Cant upload them as there too many. Thank you
