Consumer Complaint: The existence of a derogatory rating on my account is causing me significant concern. I am deeply worried about its potential impact on my credit. It has already resulted in the denial of a recent loan application and an increase in the interest rates on my existing credit accounts. I want to emphasize the severe financial and emotional distress that this negative rating has caused me and will continue to cause until it is resolved.

Consumer Complaint: Chase bank has held XXXX of my credit cards for many years. Chase bank recently closed both credit cards without my knowledge or consent and marked me as deceased and reported my status to the credit bureaus as deceased. As a result, my other creditors have started freezing my credit, and calling to check the status of whether or not, I am deceased, this includes my mortgage, my car payment, and my other credit cards. This has been a nightmare. I sent this to the XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX of their agents called and left me a message stating she was working on it, but the phone number that she left for me to call her back was an incorrect phone number and not XXXX that belongs to Chase, but it is a phone number that belongs to XXXX air-conditioning. I demand Chase update my status from deceased immediately and change the status of my Chase credit cards as XXXX closed per my request. I will never do business with XXXX bank and I will tell everyone I ever meet for the rest of my life what a horrible company this is.

Issue: Fees or interest
Subissue: Problem with fees
Consumer Complaint: My problem originated in XX/XX/XXXXXXXX when my Chase credit card number was changed due to an unrelated fraud incident. This resulted in multple " purchases '' and " refunds '' to my credit card statements. I have made several attempts to reconcile this problem with Chase customer Service representatives without success. Most recenly, I talked with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXXXXXX and XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. In summary, I made two donations to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX and XX/XX/XXXXXXXX for a total donation of {$2000.00}. The problem is that my charge statements reflect a total charge of {$3000.00}. The Foundation sent me backup data in XXXX to document that they had only received a total of {$2000.00}. Therefore, there is a discrepency of {$1000.00} that is owed to me by Chase. I have sent all the relevant informaton to Chase several times without success. Most recently, I resent a letter ( XX/XX/XXXXXXXX ) with documentation illustrating that I had been charged {$3000.00} for the foundation and that the foundation had only received {$2000.00}. I have been unable to get Chase to address this problem.
