Consumer Complaint: There is a serious problem that has surfaced recently on all Chase credit card applications. There is a bug that prevents me from entering my home address on any Chase credit card application even though it is valid. An error message pops up, saying " Your address needs to include a street address. It can't be a C/O address. '' ( I have attached a screenshot of this error for reference. ) I think what is causing this problem is that any address including the letters " co '' is getting flagged as invalid even if it is not a C/O address. For example, my address contains the word " XXXX '' in it. It is a valid address and not a C/O address. But the system keeps rejecting it and I can not proceed with any applications. Dozens of other Chase customers have flagged this issue online as well, so it is not an isolated bug. And this seems to be a new bug ; I have successfully applied for Chase products with my home address without issue in the past, but recently I am not able to get past this error. I am hoping this widespread problem can be brought to the attention of the engineering team responsible for credit card application websites so that it can be fixed promptly.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sent me a check for {$2000.00}. I deposited this check using the mobile depositing feature on the chase app on XX/XX/XXXX. I got a notice that the funds would be on hold until XX/XX/XXXX, but today while on the phone with the bank they said that my account is restricted and will be closed by the XXXX. This is complete XXXX & I need to pay for my XXXX, this is completely annoying and I need a solution. The original bank is XXXX XXXX and had I knew that it would be this much hassle I wouldve just opened an account with them then deposited my check.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/ my wallet and work phone were stolen. Multiple cards were used and I noticed my one account had been wiped after an alert. I immediately called Chase Bank cancelled my card, asked them to remove it from everything and give me a new account. I was told accounts fine theyd register me a new card. I was refunded in the amount of {$2400.00} in the following few days. Today I noticed my account reversed those funds and took the money in which put me in the negative. I never made those authorizations. I never make fraud claims as I am careful with my stuff but was unfortunate this time and now am getting completely XXXX over. I just want my money refunded back to my account and i will close and leave that bank as that is a disgrace.

This new card sent was charged against my account for auto payment, and I Haven't activated it yet. So My complaint IS what theXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is chase doing, and were are the clearing the auto payment funds that has not been consented on a inactivated card. Also I'm still waiting for resolutions regarding my first claim submitted. There was no need for a second credit to be sent to me before answering my claim.

I did not recognize that charge and I called chase when the trans was pending. However, chase posted a news letter today, detailing that the transaction is authorized. This is an UNAUTHORIZED transaction and there's no way I sent the same amount of trans two times to two different people.
