Consumer Complaint: I C System has a collection on my credit from XXXX XXXX ( original creditor ) in the amount of {$730.00}. This account was confirmed to me on XX/XX/XXXX by XXXX XXXX as a closed account as of XX/XX/XXXX. IC Systems is reporting the account to all credit bureaus as open with a delinquent date of XX/XX/XXXX which I C System stated to me was the date they were hired by XXXX XXXX. I have disputed the status and delinquency date on credit Karma with I C systems 4 times and they have repeatly informed both the status and delinquency date they have reported is correct. I reached out to I C Systems directly on XX/XX/XXXX and informed them of the false information they keep reporting on my credit reports. I also informed them according to FCRA the date of delinquency has to be the date given to them by the original creditor. They informed me that the Credit Bureaus are not updating my information. That they are reporting the account closed and the delinquency date as XX/XX/XXXX which I know is lies. I C Systems refuses to report my information accurately to the credit bureaus and refuse to update their reporting of my credit information.

Consumer Complaint: Back in XXXX I had XXXX treatment for my both legs at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, nj by that time I had XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I was supposed to pay for a copay I cant remember the amount now but it was an affordable amount to me. Now after 5 years around XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from iCS system trying to collect XXXX to that treatment. After several phone calls, I spoke to XXXX XXXX XXXX the supervisor for collection department he analyse the case and said a mistake was made and bill will be adjusted finally balance came down to XXXX and they offer me a XXXX payment plan couple weeks ago so they said when you are ready call us so we can proceed. Then I decided to call XXXX to make sure I was supposed to pay that balance I spoke to XXXX XXXX he said on the XXXX treatment XXXX XXXX accepted {$1500.00} as a payment insurance paid {$1400.00} and i paid {$88.00} copay.So again yesterday XX/XX/XXXX me and XXXX from XXXX spoke to XXXX XXXX on a 3way call he was laughing at me and the other guy saying my balance was XXXX and had to be pay. Later yesterday I got an email from XXXX XXXX that I had 5 new accounts on my credit so when i looked they reported to 3 credit bureou 1 bill for XXXX and 4 more for {$500.00}. According to new law after receiving a bill we as a customer have 1year to settle the bill down and they didnt wait after 1 month sending me the bill they add that crazy amount to my credit so i need help removing that because they are forcing me to pay XXXX immediately or my credit will be ruined. Im a hardworking person my husband too, no criminal records and I can accept that this is really aggravating and looking at XXXX reviews they seems to do that to a lot of people. Please help me I have a XXXX old and need my credit restore, thanks

Consumer Complaint: I.C Systems I have sent more than one letter to this company asking them to 1- Stop contacting me 2- to remove their reporting off my credit report as I have asked to be Opt-out Of their reporting. in15 US Code 6802. Obligations with respect to disclosures of personal information I have also stated that they have obtained my personal information and is reporting it to my credit file which I have Not given them permission to do so. This Account was REMOVED from my credit file 3-4years ago and now it has been placed back on my credit file Wrongfully. I Have also put in more than one dispute with this company. This company has a collection on my account that is not my own debt. I have asked this company to provide proof of such debt Not an Invoice but a copy of contract with both parties wet ink signatures stating I ( XXXX XXXX ) agreed to the amount in question and such documents can not be provided. I wish this debt to be removed immediately, I am also requesting to be compensated for this inconvenience this has caused me and affected my credit file. The fact that my written letters were being ignored, and that I have asked to be opt-out, also this company was removed for wrongful reporting in the past but decided to report again. I also want this company to NEVER report every again to my credit profile, I want to be Opt-Out For life from them reporting to Any credit profile of mine.

None of these 3 companies provided proof of late payments or proof of validation for alleged collections, nor did they send a follow up on their investigation for either request. Due to failure and compliance with my request for investigation, I demand for these items to be removed as I have been more than patient regarding investigation processes and times.

Consumer Complaint: I C systems is attempting to collect on a medical debt they erroneously acquired by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NC, LLC but has refused to provide me with any documentation or proof of service. Before it was erroneously sent to collections, a false claim was generated for services which did not take place. The erroneous claim was also sent to my primary insurer, who partially paid for services that were not rendered and were submitted fraudulently. XXXX XXXX was attempting to bill for services that did not take place, successfully billed my primary insurance anyway, and then sold a fraudulent debt to IC Systems. There was no service and therefor no bill could have been generated without committing insurance fraud. This has been an ongoing problem with surprise billing, balance billing and insurance fraud in North Carolina, specifically with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NC, LLC when they provide services through XXXX XXXX facilities. Additionally, XXXX XXXX XXXX, LLC did not contact me before selling this to collections, so I had no opportunity to correct the situation at the time of error on their part. I have requested itemized statements from both IC Systems and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and they have refused to provide them unless I mail a letter requesting it. I have sent two letter to the address provided and both have been returned to sender as undeliverable.

I believed the debt to be incorrect and therefore refused to pay it. In looking at my credit report, IC Systems is stating the debt went to collections in XXXX. This is incorrect and should have fallen off my credit report by now. IC Systems is refusing to correct the information and thus is harming my credit which is otherwise spotless. I would like this information updated and corrected.

Consumer Complaint: A debt collector IC Systems of Kansas went through a law office garnished my wages for XXXX. The law office reiieved check on XXXX from USD XXXX ( my employer ) and sent the check onto IC Systems of Kansas who received it on XX/XX/XXXX. I was told on XX/XX/XXXX that the funds had to be held by IC Systems of Kansas for XXXX weeks to confirm debt was paid which 2 weeks from the XX/XX/XXXX was XX/XX/XXXX. When calling back to ask when to expect my check IC Systems told me 2 more weeks which is XX/XX/XXXX. Calling today to IC systems to see where my check for XXXX is they claim to have sent it to the state of Kansas. Called state of kansas which stated they received payment from IC Systems for only XXXX. This is not right. Where is my money that is owed to me. I feel like I have waited a reasonable amount of time. This debtt collector has held my money and is not returning what is owed to me. As of XX/XX/XXXX I have not received the XXXX they promised to refund me for money collected on a debt that was paid in full. IC Systems can tell me the file is closed and the debt is paid but cant find my money.

The rep XXXX XXXX from IC Systems said it was a bill from XXXX and i have been in XXXX XXXX. She didnt have any information on payments and didnt have address on file just my current address which is my XXXX address .
