This account was originally on my account from XXXX or prior. The dates were changed and re-aged. The account isnt reporting date of last delinquency and reporting a negative payment history which is resulting in a defamation of character and causing me to be denied for new credit applications. This account is affecting me negatively.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX this agency XXXX XXXX reported this on my credit. After calling and speaking with them letting them know I have no knowledge of this report as the cable they supplied was not my house. They never had my identification or my signature on anything. They removed it. In XXXX they reapplied this same collection onto my credit and I disputed it and got it removed. Now currently once again it is back on being reported. During the time they supplied cable service to an address I was actively ( still XXXX XXXX ) serving in the military in XXXX, then XXXX. Its no way possible I opened an account with XXXX. As soon as I turned XXXX years of age I went away into the XXXX XXXX. At this point its harassment. This round I keep disputing and no one is replying to my letters or my phone calls in the matter they keep mentioning I have to pay. I refuse to pay for a service i never acquired or have any knowledge of.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX I purchased an XXXX from XXXX XXXX through XXXX XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I returned the phone to XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX sent me an additional bill for the cost of the phone. I called them in XX/XX/XXXX to dispute the charge. I spoke with a someone named XXXX who started a XXXX way call with the corporate XXXX XXXX office. The XXXX XXXX representative confirmed that the phone had been returned. Despite this, XXXX and his supervisor claimed that I still owed the purchase price of the phone because they had a communication break down with the XXXX XXXX store and lost the phone and refused to do anything else. XXXX & at sold the debt. I did not receive any notification from IC Systems attempting to collect the debt or how I could dispute it. On XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed that IC Systems attached the collection to my credit report. I filled out the dispute form on their website and also disputed by email and they have failed to respond.

Their claiming that I had not returned the modem and router that was sent to me and have sent me to collections. I returned the modem and router to the XXXX store on XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX and have since moved into a new place. I have been trying to raise my credit score and this kicked me down from a XXXX to a XXXX and personally that is unacceptable. I have not received a phone call, letter or any kind of communication in regards to the " missing '' modem and router and now am having to argue with I.C. Systems. Consumer Complaint: This debt is being sold from one company to the next. I previously disputed this debt with another debt collection agency. After sending letters to them that this is not my debt they dropped from reporting this on my credit report. Now IC System , Inc. apparently has purchased this debt and will not respond to my debt validation letter. I sent a certified letter on XX/XX/2023 and have not heard anything back from them. I want this company to stop reporting on this debt which is negatively impacting my credit and business.
