Consumer Complaint: The account on file is on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. It is showing on my credit report with IC Systems Collections. On multiple occasions myself and my husband were told we did not have anything further that was due or any equipment to turn in for multiple reasons. Once my account was terminated they then told me I owed the amount shown. I tried multiple times to discuss this with them and have them listen to the phone calls that are supposedly recorded as proof and they refused, said I lied and told me I owed this amount. There should be multiple recordings of them advising I couldnt turn in equipment due to covid and then when I completely cancelled all services with them I specifically asked if I showed anything else due and was told no. Also set up a pickup time to pickup the remaining equipment I had and he never actually picked it up. I have dates that can be provided for most things as needed. And on top of that, I never once agreed to pay IC systems anything. I dont owe that company, or the one they represent anything. During covid I called XXXX to cancel our cable. We were advised that due to covid there were no drop off locations open or available to return our equipment to and they were not taking back equipment. Due to covid. Aside from one box and remote, out of 4 I had in my home, the other 3 stayed in my phone from that time until I cancelled our internet. I dont have the exact date that the cable was cancelled, but can probably find out if needed, although it should be on file with the company. At no time during this period did I receive any bill or communication requesting their equipment back for the cancelled cable. Then on XX/XX/2022 I called to cancel our internet service with them as we had changed providers. Before I ended the call with him I asked, do I show that I owe anything else at all. I was placed on a hold and he came back and said I showed nothing else outside of the internet modem and I had 14 days to return it. Then on XX/XX/2022, my husband returned the modem to a local store and was told that we still showed other equipment out there that needed to be returned. He informed her of what we were told and she told him that was not the case and their office was never closed. EVERYWHERE closed at some point during covid. Her name was XXXX at the XXXX ky office. I reached Out to customer service multiple times after this and provided them with dates, context of the conversations and what was told and asked that they listen to the recordings of the phone calls because I no longer had the equipment they were asking for, with the exception of 1 box and remote, that was upstairs in a kids room. When youre told twice that you have nothing left showing to return why would you continue to keep those items just sitting in your house? They refused and just kept telling me it was owed. I then set up and appt for a local person to come to my house around the end of XXXX, sorry I dont Remember the exact date, but I do know it was scheduled on XX/XX/XXXX for him to come to my home and pick up the remaining box and remote I had, to be set out on my porch for him to pick up. That box and remote is STILL sitting on my back porch to this day, over a year later. I also Offered to pay for the box and remote that I got Rid of before completely cancelling my entire account with them to cover that, and that was also not acceptable. At this point, I am Still willing to return the box I have At my home and pay for the box and remote I got rid of after the first time I was Told I didnt Have to return anything, even though, I was Told I didnt Have to as all locations were closed. I was Then also told that when I spoke With someone on one occasion that the gentleman I spoke With on XX/XX/XXXX couldnt see my whole account then why place me on hold to check and see if I show That Im owed anything else. They have been beyond unhelpful in this entire process even after trying to work with them in multiple ways, and now they have turned an account over to a collections company which is negatively affecting my otherwise good credit. I have Never once had any issue like this with any other company and when I can Give you dates that I was Told certain information to verify what I was Told and you refuse to listen and say that I would never have been told that is a terrible way to handle things.

Consumer Complaint: My identity was stolen, social security number, name, address and fraudulent line of credit through XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. 15 U.S. Code $ 1681c-2 a consumer reporting agency XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than 4 business days after the date of receipt. It has been 2722 days and you are in VIOLATION of this law because I am a victim of identity theft!! Please delete these items IMMEDIATELY! These accounts should not be furnished on my consumer report as they are in VIOLATION!!! Under, 15 U.S Code 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports ( a ) IN GENERAL Subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the WRITTEN INSTRUCTION of the consumer to whom it relates. I NEVER gave any consumer reporting agency WRITTEN CONSENT to report anything on my consumer report which violates my rights as a federal protected consumer. NO CONSENT IS IDENTITY THEFT. As a consumer am demanding the deletion of the accounts listed IMMEDIATELY!

Consumer Complaint: Upon several requests since the company received the collection from XXXX XXXX. They still have never sent me an itemized bill or allowed me to dispute the bill at all. I called in again to see why XXXX XXXX or their company wasn't replying to the arbitration request and found out that XXXX XXXX is refusing to speak to me about the account. Claiming that I need to call IC system collections agency. Yet that agency refuses to give me any details in relation to the account other than I owe them money. When requesting itemized statements, they claimed that I was supposed to request that before. Which I did, 3 separate times. They only give me a final bill with no relation to what is owed and why it's owed. The reps absolutely refuse to give any dispute options and when I requested to file disputes, they claimed I can't do it and that I needed to file the dispute 30 days after I got the notice ( which was the final bill and not the itemized statement that I had requested multiple times ). Reps claimed I couldn't do anything and that I needed to pay the debt. I noted CFPB regulations don't have any time limits on consumer filing disputes. But the rep claimed their company makes their own policies and that I can't file any dispute or request statements from XXXX XXXX because I should have done that before. ( again, I did it before ) and it was never sent to me. Just the final bill. Rep refused to get me to a manager and IC company is the recipient of the XXXX case # XXXX and they are not responding to arbitration either.

Consumer Complaint: I received a notice from IC systems in XX/XX/2023 via postal service. I responded also via postal service in XX/XX/2023 with the following request : I am writing to dispute this debt as well as inquire of additional information. XXXX Dispute XXXX XXXX XXXX last XXXX balance provided to me was XXXX. XXXX credited 15 % as a courtesy and the amount being sought is inaccurate. XXXX Dispute validity of debt I am disputing this debt as valid at all. XXXX XXXX recommended our daughter stay in treatment and they and the insurance company were unable to settle. We followed medical advice from XXXX and are being asked to pay for a dispute between XXXX and XXXX XXXX. We dispute this debts as ours. XXXX We are asking for a detailed invoice of what makes up this XXXX debt so we can further dispute its validity. Please provide details. End of correspondence - I have not received any response from IC systems since my letter in XXXX. This debt was fraudulently charged off without providing the details requested as part of the fair credit reporting act. As I understand, this is illegal and should result in a penalty to IC systems. XXXX contacted me but did not provide the requested detail and nothing came from XXXX who was attempting to collect the alleged debt.

Consumer Complaint: There are multiple accounts & inquiries opened and being reported on my credit report that do not belong to me. I have took the necessary steps to contact these companies & the credit bureaus to advise that whats being reported is fraud & not accurate. I have made several attempts in disputing all inaccurate information being reported on my credit but there has been no resolve. I filed a police report regarding this matter in XXXX of 2022, I requested alerts be put in place on my credit as an extra layer of protection yet that didnt work either. This has affected my credit & score tremendously & i am now choosing to escalate this matter in hopes of it getting resolved right away.

Consumer Complaint: I've received XXXX letters stating I owe differing amounts, most recently {$610.00} for animal wellness plan that was auto-renewed without my permission, signature or initials. I have a copy of the contract to prove. After filing a dispute with my bank- XXXX XXXX, they investigated the first amount charged {$47.00} on XX/XX/ and the claim was resolved in my favor because they vendor could not provide proof that they had my permission to auto renew the annual membership. This is a scam by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX WA XXXX. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company unsuccessfully and to cancel my membership and could not reach anyone. Their automated system does not even recognize my phone number linked to my original account.
