Issue: Communication tactics
Subissue: Frequent or repeated calls
Consumer Complaint: IC Systems has been calling me repeatedly from spoofed numbers during the past month. When I call back, all the numbers bounce to IC Systems. The first call was on XX/XX/2XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The second call on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and the third call on XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX PM. How can one trust a company that needs to spoof numbers to communicate with people? Please stop your harassment. I do not have debts. I will investigate IC Systems further to discover if this company provides services to any of my former creditors, the companys practices, and history of lawsuits for the same reason as this case. I have included all my creditors in my XXXX XXXX bankruptcy petition and none is IC System. This is a cease a desist. Stop communicating with me. I have never had any relation with IC System. STOP!!

Consumer Complaint: I received a letter in the mail regarding a collections debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have never been a customer of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX so I called them to ask why I was receiving this letter. They told me not to worry since the account opened had an address I have never been a resident of and that it should clear up by itself. This was not the case, because a few days ago on XX/XX/XXXX, I was checking my credit and noticed my excellent credit was now fair because there was a derogatory mark against me due to a collection for {$310.00} owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX and was on the phone with XXXX different people who kept transferring me to different departments. Finally, I reached a XXXX person who gave me the street name and the account # that was opened fraudulently in my name, and advised me to go to XXXX. I went to the website and was then sent an email giving me 21 days to fax or mail them proof of identity and proof of residency during the time of this account being opened. The paperwork is very confusing and I am trying to figure it out with help from others. I am in the process of going to the police to file a report and faxing the documents they are asking for. I also contacted XXXX and they said that they need paperwork from XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that the account in question was not mine, before they clear the collection from my credit report.
