Consumer Complaint: After reviewing my credit file on XX/XX/23 I identified a discrepancy with account listed under I C SYSTEM and validation was requested as this was ab account that I did not recognize. I reviewed my credit report again XX/XX/23 and the account continues reflect on my credit report and I have not received any correspondence from creditor to validate this account as correctly belonging to me, not has my credit report been updated to reflect the account is disputed. I do not believe this account belongs to me nor do I believe that the creditor has authorization to access the account nor authorization to attempt to collect on the account and the account continues to negatively affect me. Please strike and remove this account from all 3 credit bureaus until adequate validation has been received proving that the account belongs to me, and all information is correct.

They refuse to send me anything and advised I should file police report. Consumer Complaint: I.C. SYSTEM, INC Original creditor : XXXX XXXX I tried disputing this many times with XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. The only XXXX XXXX I have ever had was many years prior to the reported date of 2020 and confirmed with XXXX that I have no outstanding balance with them. When I contact XXXX they don't recognize account number or balance being reported by I.C. SYSTEM, INC. When I contact I.C. SYSTEM, INC I can't get a hold of anyone that can bring me up in their systems. I have been disputing this for a couple of years and it is still appearing on my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: IC Systems and XXXX XXXX has continued to harass me for a debt not owed. This has been removed from a credit report years ago only to show back up on my report years later. A salesman called me one day representing XXXX XXXX XXXX. ( I do not recall now what yearn it was ). He told me that he could switch me for my then current service provider ( XXXX ) for a promotional fee of some sort. ( I do not recall ). He said that he worked directly with XXXX as well and could return my current equipment and switch the service. ( I found out later from XXXX that XXXX had nothing to do with their services. A tech had already come out and installed a dish. The dish was not installed at the location the salesperson and I discussed, and I did not have the promotional services as discussed with the salesperson. I immediately called cancelled services and requested equipment pick-up. On top of the false advertisements and fraudulent sales tactics used, XXXX attempted to withdrawal funds that I did not authorize from my bank account. ( I was able at the time to reverse the charges ). I did at one time speak to someone in accounting at XXXX who claimed to make all adjustments needed and resolve the problem. Only to see it on my credit report like a year later. I complained and it removed. Now years later it shows up again. I am sick of the issue and both the creditor and XXXX XXXX XXXX contention to continue to harass. On top of all that< I have not received a collection letter or a phone call from IC Systems since it was removed from my credit report years ago. Absolutely negligent and a disregard for people 's rights.

Consumer Complaint: IC Systems is attempting to collect on a debt not owed by me. They did not validate or verify this debt as belonging to me nor were they given permission by me to access my personal information. When I spoke with them they verified my current address in which I did not give them and stated that it was given to them by XXXX XXXX XXXX. This reporting of this alleged account has caused me a great deal of stress and I want it deleted immediately because not only do I not owe it. This is a CLEAR VIOLATION of the PRIVACY ACT since no written consent was ever granted. 15 USC 1681 ( b ) -No consent was given by me to IC Systems so reporting this alleged account violates my right to privacy, no consent was given by me for IC system to access any of my personal information and 15 USC 1692 ( g ) - IC systems failed to properly validate this alleged debt before placing on my credit 15 USC 1692 ( i ) -IC systems has no jurisdiction to collect on this alleged debt 15 USC 1692 ( k ) -IC Systems has a civil liability that equates to {$1000.00} per violation. If not deleted I will seek damages per violation as it relates to civil liability in addition to lawyer fees.

Consumer Complaint: I.C System INC Collection XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I had closed my account and paid off open balance and phone in person at XXXX XXXX at the XXXX CA store on XXXX XXXX XXXX. I needed to do that before I could open and transfer my phone number to XXXX XXXX. I was using my XXXX service and I received this {$96.00} bill. I called a few times and XXXX did not help me. Once collection called and I called back they were abusive and nasty. I do not owe anything because I was not using heir service. Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX a federally protected Consumer and Iam making this complaint against I.C. System for committing identity theft. I have never given I.C.System any permission to use any of my identifying information to commit mail fraud by contacting me about an alleged debt they claim I owe. Iam aware that in accordance with Article 9, the assignment of the defaulted note is illegal. Both the assignee and the assigned are both liable for violations under 15 USC subsection 1692 e ( 12 ). I have not validated any alleged debt with I.C.System of these alleged debts shall not be construed as an admission of liability. As of XXXX I have not received any documentary evidence, such as a trilateral contract, giving I.C.System any right to collect on this alleged debt. I have never received a documentation requesting validation from I.C.System, before they committed multiple violations under the FCRA and the FDCPA by furnishing this alleged debt on my Consumer report, including not limited to 15 USC 1692 d ( 4 ). Which the FTC defines as debt parking. If I.C. System can not provide me with proof such as a tracking number that they attempted to lawfully validate this alleged debt with me, the Consumer, prior to furnishing it on my Consumer Report, this has been a fraudulently furnished account with Forethought and Malice as an attempt to bring harm to me and my Financial Reputation.
