Consumer Complaint: The debt collector failed to send communication regarding the debt, introduction of who they are, what the debt is for, and my right to dispute. They just appeared on my credit report without notice. They must abide by the regulations and validate the debt. This has not been done. Consumer Complaint: This is an old utility bill that was originally opened by my younger brother, in my name. I have disputed this several times. The debt just keeps getting purchased by other debt collection companies. Most recently IC Systems. It is being reported as a current debt on my report for {$1500.00} as of XX/XX/XXXX. This reporting is false. This debt is more than XXXX years old, on top of being fraud. My brother, XXXX XXXX, has since passed away on XX/XX/XXXX. This debt needs to be removed from my report. What IC Systems is doing is a violation of the FDCPA and its is an out of state debt.

Consumer Complaint: This debt was charged off on XX/XX/2023 there have not been a 1099c sent to me for this debt if its charged off. That is tax fraud and identity theft. Under law this income should have been reported on a 1099c and I have not received it in the mail. You are liable to pay a penalty if that has not been sent. This debt should not be reporting on the 3 credit agencies.
