Consumer Complaint: My social security number was a victim of identity theft. I have reported this and sent police reports and ftc identity theft reports several times and Ive been told that they would delete this account. I was told it was marked out as fraud and deleted, yet this is still reporting this fraudulent account six months later. This is a violation of the FCRA, and a violation of all of my consumer rights. This needs to be deleted immediately and removed from my credit report permanently

I categorically do not consent to any business dealings with your company, and I insist on the immediate cessation of all communication. The following violations have been identified : 1. **Illegal Obtaining of Personal Information : ** Your company has unlawfully acquired my non-public personal information and used it in an attempt to coerce payment for a debt I am not obligated to pay, constituting a violation of my privacy rights. 2. **Deceptive Collection Practices : ** I contend that your debt collection efforts involve deceptive practices, as I am not under any legal obligation to settle the alleged debt. Consumer Complaint: To Whom It May Concern, I recently reviewed my credit profile and noticed quite a few inaccuracies, falsifications, incomplete information, as well as accounts that are Un-Verified and more. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA you are required to promptly DELETE all of the information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or which can not be verified. It is also my understanding that Under the FCRA 15 U.S.C 1681i, every single one even each any or all of the unproven, non-compliant, incomplete, untrue, incorrect, and or unverified aspects of any alleged derogatory accounts must be promptly negated in its entirety or the alleged accounts are to be completely deleted. The FOLLOWING derogatory accounts allegations are either UNTRUE, UNVERIFIED, INCORRECT, INCOMPLETE, UNTIMELY, NOT MINE, NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY, or otherwise NOT PROVEN COMPLIANT to regulatory federal reporting laws and or standards and MUST be removed immediate The infractions are as follows : I.C. SYSTEM, INC XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX, United States XXXX Cease and Desist. I DO NOT KNOW WHO YOU ARE AND I HAVE NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH YOU ALL. REMOVE THIS FROM MY CREDIT FILE IMMEDIATELY. Not only is it illegal for a 3rd party collection agency to collect a debt that never originated with you all, I have no recollection of doing business with you. Not sure who you are or why this is here. The information you all are reporting is 100 % false! - inaccurate. The goal with my credit profile should be maximum possible accuracy. What is actually fair and true. None of this is 100 % accurate. This has caused me to experience so many damages its unreal. If I am offered anything Im met with the highest interest rates, high down payments and no grace periods. Everything on my credit report has been causing me a great deal of stress, anxiety.
