I have reported this and sent police reports and ftc identity theft reports several times and Ive been told that they would delete this account. I was told it was marked out as fraud and deleted, yet this is still reporting this fraudulent account six months later. This is a violation of the FCRA, and a violation of all of my consumer rights. This needs to be deleted immediately and removed from my credit report permanently

According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA you are required to promptly DELETE all of the information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or which can not be verified. It is also my understanding that Under the FCRA 15 U.S.C 1681i, every single one even each any or all of the unproven, non-compliant, incomplete, untrue, incorrect, and or unverified aspects of any alleged derogatory accounts must be promptly negated in its entirety or the alleged accounts are to be completely deleted.
