Consumer Complaint: According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602 a states " There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. '' On my credit report there is multiply signs of identity theft. I have the right to make sure my private information isn't shared which is backed by 15 USC 6801 which states '' It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers nonpublic personal information. '' the financial institution and the Consumer reporting agencies XXXX do not have my consent to furnish this information and they surely do not have my written consent. Any and all consent to XXXX, whether it be verbal, non-verbal, written, implied or otherwise is revoked. 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ) states that " A financial institution may not disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party unless the consumer is given an explanation of how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure option. '' Therefore I am opting out of your reporting services.

Consumer Complaint: I received notice from a debt collector I.C. System, Inc upon calling them, they said I needed to summit a Police Report and a claim form. They have not sent one to me as requested as their online system is not user friendly to summit one. As of XX/XX/XXXX they say I owed {$360.00} with interest fees as of today I find that suspicious. This company have not been helpful in resolving this matter. Thanks for your help.

I attached letters to let you know more in detail about what they are reporting in my credit report. I never had a contractual relationship with I C SYSTEM company I believe the original creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX sold my account without proper notification. This is clearly violation according to FCRA 611 on reporting inaccurate on my credit report. Please delete this account immediately because you are reporting inaccurately.

I called XXXX for internet, after that they called me telling me that theres a charge for {$300.00} for connection, and I said cancelled the order. They didnt want to cancell the order, but still for months send me bills after bills and i never used the service. I contact XXXX telling the story but cant do anything. Later I have for almost 5 years service with XXXX and im never late in my bills. The situation affect my credit that is perfect all my bills are paid on time. Im planing to buy a house but this is affecting me. I need the help of this agency cause nobody help. or many hire a lawyer but it is expensive. Im not going to pay for something I didnt used. I cancelled the order but the insisted and insisted. Horrible experience., like I said 5 years ago. Now a new company bought this account and they are putting this in my credti like something new.
