Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Information belongs to someone else
Consumer Complaint: I checked my credit report after getting a preapproval for a home loan in XXXX, 2022 and saw that there are numerous incorrect information on my report. There seems to be accounts that are business accounts that do not belong to me as well as charge offs and collections that are interfering with my going any further in obtaining a loan to purchase a home. I have tried numerously to call these companies within the last 3 months and have not gotten anywhere. They are very rude and intimidating. XXXX XXXX told me that I had no choice but to make a payment to settle both of those business accounts listed only in efforts to solve this issue but now after I paid them in XXXX of 2022, they told me that they will keep this on my report for 7 years anyway even though the accounts belong to a business and they do not have a contract signed by me for these accounts. The others, XXXX XXXX ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX ), I C SYSTEM ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ), XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX are inquiries that I did not authorize and need to be removed. I am now aware that these are also a violation of consumer law 15 USC 168b. I have tried so hard to fix this problem with my credit report and I feel very helpless. This is causing me severe anxiety and XXXX because I am not able to move any further. I am begging for someone to help me with this please.

Consumer Complaint: I had an internet/cable service relationship with XXXX XXXX for roughly 3 years. The service became so poor, including multiple times at which service was out for multiple days- including during my families movie nights and during the XXXX XXXX. They stated my area was prone to frequent outages and there is nothing they can do but try to resolve it as fast as they can. I informed XXXX that the service was not satisfactory and I needed to terminate due to the breach on their part of contract. The service person agreed. I ended my service and returned equipment. 6 months later I was hit with a collections from XXXX XXXX. I contacted XXXX and they said there was a mistake and yet never returned my call, they did say there was a charge after canceling the service that was in the contract- but when I informed them they breached by not providing service they said they would have to get back to me... Instead they sent me to collection. This feels very much like a calculated move to defraud customers.

Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Account information incorrect
Consumer Complaint: I left XXXX for another phone provider, while doing so I had a payoff amount for the phone I had at the time of about {$190.00}. Rather than return the phone to XXXX I chose to payoff the device to use with the new provider. This dollar amount was verified multiple times, with XXXX over the phone as well as on my acct app, to be correct. However, after closing my account they decided to charge me about {$900.00}. After speaking with multiple representatives they all refused to honor the original device payoff. Then after XXXX collections harassing me for months, they called me and told me they were no longer going to pursue this due to them realizing/ finding the proper paperwork showing what I actually owed. Collection attempts stopped for over 2 years and now they are again trying to get the $ XXXX dollars and reflecting that to my credit report. During every interaction with XXXX and their debt collectors, I have offered to pay what I truly owed and was only offered to pay that amount as a settlement. I declined this as I do not want a settlement/ not paid in full acct on my credit report when that is not the case. Furthermore, I have reached out to the new debt collector, XXXX. XXXX, XXXX, who can not even locate any information saying I owe l anything which leaves me no avenue with the company falsely reporting to my credit report to even attempt to correct it with said company.
