Consumer Complaint: Cancelled service with XXXX XXXX on last day of billing cycle XXXX. I called and they were having phone issues and couldn't get through so I emailed them at XXXX. I called back the next day to confirm it was cancelled on XXXX and they said they couldn't accept cancellation that they would cancel today but wanted to see what they could do to keep my business. They could have cancelled they just chose to bill me for another month when there system wasn't working on the last billing cycle day. I had spoke to them almost 3 days a week trying to fix constant issues with them prior to XXXX. I told them It has been the worst service I've ever had in the last year and I have purchase XXXX. I was paid up to XXXX because billing was month in advance. They sent me a new bill for XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX. I did not have service nor had any equipment hooked up with them. I have disputed this multiple times with them and several collection companies where it was approved and removed from my credit. Then my file gets sold to other companies and it starts over again. I have reached out to them and XXXX XXXX again this year which XXXX XXXX was going to send out documents for me to fill out but I never received them nor understand what the lady was saying she was sending out. I should not have to continue to file something when I proved my case over and over and it was cleared off my credit report. I sent in all documents and verified that the amounts don't even add up correctly. I don't know where they get XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX agreed to accept my daughter and I as new clients, knowing he was leaving the provider XXXX XXXX, approx 2 months later. We saw this dr twice, and received a bill for over $ XXXX a few months later ( XX/XX/XXXX ). I called the provider under which the dr was working, and I was told to disregard the bill as my insurance was not billed for an unknown reason. I never heard about this again until I called in XX/XX/XXXX to schedule an appointment for my daughter and I. My appointment was refused as the provider claimed I still had XXXX balance over $ XXXX. An appointment was booked for my daughter However, my insurance properly billed, and my co pay was {$40.00}. Same insurance, same providers. Not only did XXXX XXXX vanish sending no notice about any balance, but his termination with XXXX XXXX XXXX was abrupt, unnoticed and neither XXXX nor XXXX contacted me regarding this debt, that should have been submitted to my insurance as agreed, and which should have and would have been paid with very little owed by me. Today, my credit score is affected and in turn, my interest rates, my commercial lease amounts, and my credit offers. I am a business owner, a collections account with no notice, and in violation of multiple laws, is now damaging me. I submitted a dispute and it simply came back accurate. I received nothing more.
