Consumer Complaint: I have a XXXX cell phones services for my family from XXXX. I bought them from their website and connected during covid coz stores were closed. We put the account on Autopay since the beginning of the account. I suddenly see a letter came to us saying that my XXXX account is in collection for 2 diff bills on {$18.00} and {$54.00} that I am not aware of. XXXX customer services say they created sub accounts. I never got a bill or nor should I coz they are not my account number. So I disputed it with the customer service rep and they said it has gone to collections and I have to pay to save my credit. That was ridiculous. So I wrote to the collection agency saying these are not my accounts. Not sure what a sub-account is. Asked them to remove it from my record. My credit took a 54 points dive due to this. I need help to maintain my credit with this big corporate giant.

Consumer Complaint: I just filed a complaint with I.C. System, Inc. on XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX XXXX for their illegal way of collecting a debt. I acknowledged how they never called me and they never sent anything in writing to me yet they placed three negative marks on my credit ( XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX ). I also indicated in complaint # XXXX for this company to NOT call me, but to send the debt information in writing so that I could verify the debt, and pay it if valid. I received a call on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX from this company. I couldn't answer at the time, but called back at XXXX and verified it was this company. I stressed how I told them NOT to call me, but to send everything in writing. I am unsure who this company is, but blatantly ignoring codes/ rules and consumer 's preference of no call, but send letter is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I will continue filing to notify XXXX XXXX about the unethical business practices of this company as this needs to be brought to your attention. I am not ok with what is currently taking place.

Consumer Complaint: Dates are blurry due to it being some time ago and having bad memory. Moved with my ex partner to an apart on XXXX XXXX. For some reason he couldnt get the internet connection, so it was put under my name. Everything was paid on time. Until the end of our lease. His behavior was getting worse, he ended kicking out the house. Lease ended and I was never allowed backed in. I thought he paid for the wifi and returned the box. Couples of month later the calls began. I let them know I no longer lived there and had no way to get in and return the box. Month later its now it collections bc the last payment is as never made even though it was pulled out of my bank account bc it was auto payments. The box was never returned even though I let my ex partner know. The calls were very frequent at least four times a week, this went on for three years until they report it on my credit score. I made a dispute but it was tossed. I have information on my ex partner if its needed. Time line is XXXX XXXX XXXX

INn accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act XXXX XXXX Account number : XXXX and I.C System Inc Account number : XXXX, has violated my rights. 15 USC 1681 Section 602 states I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 section 604 A section 2 : Also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without written instructions.

The letter did not show an itemized breakdown of expenses. I do not know what goods or services were purchased for {$1400.00}. Now, this debt collection agency is stating that this debt is on my credit report. I informed them that this debt did not belong to me.
