Consumer Complaint: I moved back to the US after living XXXX for 4 years XXXX, and without US health insurance yet. But on XX/XX/XXXX, I had a necessary appointment with my XXXX XXXX XXXX and received a list of prices that would have equated to a XXXX XXXX dollars, but when the bill came in it was for {$3000.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, I talked to the office Supervisor, XXXX XXXX, and asked how that was possible when nothing on the pricing they gave me even equated to {$1000.00}, and all I had was an initial consult and XXXX XXXX. The Supervisor apologized and informed me that I had been given the XXXX prices, and their prices had increased significantly in the new year, but she immediately contacted someone named XXXX XXXX and cc 'd me asking if they would please honor the pricing I had been quoted. I never heard back from XXXX, and on XX/XX/XXXX I was contacted by billing informing me that I was being sent to collections. I explained the situation, and they told me to email everything I had just said to XXXX to avoid being sent to collections and to have someone contact me about my case. I did this immediately after hanging up the phone, using the original email sent by the medical office 's Supervisor saying they gave me the wrong pricing ; replying all in addition to adding the customer service email. Again, I heard nothing back, and on XX/XX/XXXX, I went back to the office and once again spoke with the office Supervisor. She apologized and assured me that she was going to take care of it. In XXXX, I received a call from a collections agency stating that they had my account, again I explained the situation to them, and offered to send them proof. She assured me that that would not be necessary, and she would contact XXXX about the case. Today, I received an account validation letter from IC System debt collectors dated XX/XX/XXXX simply stating that I need to pay them the money.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I mailed a verifications f debt letter to IC Systems. On XX/XX/XXXX they signed for the letter that I mailed. To this date I have not received the requested verification of debt requested. The end of XXXX of XXXX I reached out to them via telephone to inquire about the verification request I sent because they were in violation of the fair credit reporting act after not responding within the 30 day time frame. I was advised by the representative that they forwarded the letter on to XXXX XXXX who was the original creditor but that they did not receive a response. I advised that they were in violation and therefore by law needed to remove it from all 3 credit reports. I was told that they would not remove it then they agent again attempted to collect on the debt. The amount of the debt shows to be {$950.00} opened on XX/XX/XXXX last report XX/XX/XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: Similar to an unknown XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX keeps harassing me about an unknown cable account. I've had these items removed previous and they change up the creditor name and amount to re-report and attempt to collect. I've called the number listed on my report and the numbers are disconnected. IC SystemsXXXX is one that's been removed from my report after informing XXXX of fraud/identity theft. It was removed back in 2020.

Consumer Complaint: I do not owe any Debt nor Have I ever had an Account with " I C SYSTEMS COLLECTIONS '' I have Resolved this matter With the Original Creditor. To Whom It May Concern, I am hereby requesting that you confirm the fact that I owe this debt as required by any applicable state and federal laws. Please contact the creditor to obtain verification. In addition, under the provisions of state and federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), and related consumer statutes, I am hereby instructing you to cease collection of the debt while efforts are made to obtain verification. Until you resolve this error with the creditor, you should neither contact me nor anyone else except the creditor about this collection. Furthermore, any reporting of this matter to credit reporting agencies is premature. Until you have investigated my dispute, you should not relay negative information to a credit reporting agency. If negative information has already been reported, you must notify the agency to remove said report until the investigative process is over so that my credit report remains accurate, or at the very least, my credit report should be updated to reflect my dispute. Your next contact with me should be to either notice that the creditor has failed to provide verification of the debt and that the matter has been closed or that you believe that this debt is valid and are providing proof of my responsibility. Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2021, Amount : {$4600.00}. I contacted credit collection agencies and collection was removed and then reinserted under a different collection agency ( Three Letters attached ). I contacted XXXX XXXX Fraud Department. They advised to file a police report, which I did ( Attached ). The Credit Bureau 's never notified me in writing of the reinsertions ( See attached letters set to them : XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ). I attempted to submit Police report to I.C. Systems Inc ( Collection Agency ) online and an error kept notifying me that I needed to Prove I was not a robot and would not move me beyond that point to submit supporting documents.
