Consumer Complaint: I received a notice from I.C. Systems Inc. on XXXX claiming I owed an alleged debt in the amount of XXXX I responded to the notice through certified mail with return receipt for my evidence, I never received a response back according to the FDCPA this company had 30 to 45 days to respond which I.C. Systems Inc. failed to do so, I wrote them a second time still no response this is a direct violation to my consumer rights also they were supposed to stop all collection activity and reporting to the credit bureaus until they could verify the debt with a contract bearing my signature and other forms of documents. Which they continued to do without my written consent according to the FCRA 15 us code 1681b that's another violation permissible purpose. I am in my legal rights to counterclaim against I. C. System Inc. for up to XXXX for each violation.

Consumer Complaint: IC debt collectors reported to the credit bureau 4 times in 1 month about a debt that I was unaware of, thus bringing my score down about 40 points. I just looked at my credit score through my credit card and saw this on my derogatory points. Not sure how to go about dealing with this. Please advise.

Consumer Complaint: I switched cellphone carrier 's on XXXX went to XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I received by last bill from XXXX in the amount of {$620.00} -what was concerning about the bill was that neither of the payments I had made on XXXX or XXXX were annotated on the bill. -I contact XXXX spoke with a rep by the name of XXXX she asked detailed information about the payments and placed request to search for the payments the request # 's are as follows : XXXX & XXXX she stated that I would be notified by a XXXX about the request, but I never was contacted. XXXX XXXX I received a bill from XXXX stated that I owed {$340.00}, also noted on the bill was the XXXX of {$280.00} but no mention of the XXXX {$260.00} payment. -Then on XXXX I received a collections notice form XXXXt on behalf of XXXX stating that I owe {$340.00}. Now its being sent to I.C. System Inc. another debt collection company. To date I have not received any follow up from XXXX regarding my XXXX payment of {$260.00} towards my XXXX account. Also, when I logged in online on XXXX to make my last payment it showed a balance of {$280.00} which should have paid of the account then end of XXXX, I began receiving bills that made no sense and my online account did not allow me to see all the billing. PLEASE SEE ALL ATTACHMENTS WITH THE XXXX BILLS AND MY PAYMENTS AND MY PREVIOUS CFPB COMPLAINT AGAINST CONVERGENT.
