Consumer Complaint: IC System Correspondence XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX MN XXXX Re : Account on XXXX & XXXX credit reports in dispute Creditor Contact Details : IC Systems Balance Reported : {$1500.00} Most recent file identification number from XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number from XXXX XXXX Since XX/XX/19 I have written proof of IC Systems refusing to remove this inaccurate information or stop trying to collect on the alleged debt as they stated they had proof I owed anything to IC Systems. I also requested IC Systems contract as I know this company purchased that debt that's already been written off and was attempted collect it from me illegitimately. I have not now, nor have I ever done business with IC Systems thus no contract has ever been provided. For them to mark this inaccuracy and lie about investigating it and refusing to remove it is willful noncompliance with the FCRA laws. I have already reached an agreement with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and their roles in allowing you to furnish this information without my written consent against my continued efforts to remove them from my account. I demand that IC Systems not only remove this from my report but I also demand that IC Systems pay me what is owed to me according to the law. I have actual damages, there are {$1000.00} violations attached to each time it was reported. Each month is a separate violation, and I am giving this company one opportunity to cure this situation, or we shall allow a federal judge to look at all these deceptive forms & calls that have been presented to me over the past years in support of your wrongdoing. It all stems from the false misrepresentation of IC Systems on my consumer report. I am due justice and you owe me Civil Liability for every month it reported on my consumer report. I am willing to settle for {$20000.00} and you will not have to pay attorney fees or we can add my consumer lawyer to this situation and under the FCRA you will pay him as a result. Your choice. I have dealt with this harassment for long enough. For far too long my character has been defamed by comments left by IC Systems on my report against my efforts to resolve the situation outside of FEDERAL court. I expect a settlement offer within 10 days of this notice or further legal action will be initiated. I have enclosed two pieces of evidence that prove just how long I have been fighting and the type of response and willful non-compliance I was getting from IC Systems in response to my disputes with each XXXX XXXX XXXX, credit reporting agencies. Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX, a federally protected consumer, and I am making this complaint against I.C. SYSTEM, INC for a number of federal violations. I have NEVER given I.C. SYSTEM, INC any kind of permission to use any of my identifying information to commit mail fraud by contacting me about this alleged debt they claim I owe. I am fully aware that in accordance with Article 9, the assignment of a defaulted note is completely illegal. Both the assignee and the assigned are both liable for violations under 15 U.S. Code 1692e ( 12 ). Ive never received any documentation requesting validation from I.C. SYSTEM, INC before they committed multiple violations under the FCRA and the FDCPA by furnishing this alleged debt to my consumer report including but not limited to 15 U.S. Code 1692d ( 4 ) which the FTC defines as debt parking. If I.C. SYSTEM, INC can not provide me with proof such as a tracking number that they attempted to lawfully validate this alleged debt with me ( the consumer ) prior to furnishing it on my consumer report, this has been a fraudulently furnished account with forethought and malice as an attempt to bring harm to me and my financial reputation. I am legally refusing to pay this debt pursuant to 1692c ( c ). I am demanding a cease and desist of all illegal activity, any communication and collection activity, of this and any alleged debts until I.C. SYSTEM, INC can provide me with sufficient documentary evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay them such as a trilateral contract. If this documentary evidence can not be produced and I.C. SYSTEM, INC continues its collection efforts, I will file for litigation for actual damages caused and I.C. SYSTEM, INC will be held criminally liable for aggravated identity theft pursuant to 18 USC 1028A, extortion, theft by deception, securities fraud, and mail fraud. Upon the receipt of the documents herein and of this notice, you are hereby notified Pursuant UCC 1-202f. Your prompt attention and response are both requested and required.

Consumer Complaint: I never received any communications from the collection company IC Systems that I owed money to XXXX. They just sent to to collections saying I owed XXXX {$110.00}. As soon as I seen the collections I immediately paid XXXX {$110.00} because I had no information from IC Systems. The following month my collection report showed that I owed {$25.00} to IC Systems on behalf of XXXX, so I paid the additional {$25.00} directly to XXXX. That was about 3 months ago and it still shows that I owe {$25.00}, I think they will continue to say I owe money to keep getting extra funds from me.

Consumer Complaint: Im submitting a complaint to you today to inform you I was the victim of identity theft. I researched on how to remove the fraudulent accounts in my report and found that I need to visit FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION or https : XXXX/www.ftc.gov to file a report and Per FCRA section 605b Credit Reporting Agencies are required to remove/block any account listed on an id theft report. Please find the ATTACHED documents to assist in the blocking of the erroneous information which is being posted to my report. Here is the list of account/item which do not belong to me or were opened without my permission. Consumer Complaint: I.C System, INC account # : XXXX has violated my rights Under the FCRA and the FDCA. Under 15. U.S.C 1681 section 602 A : States I have the right to privacy They also violated my rights under 15. U.S.C 1681 section 604 A section 2 : Which states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account WITHOUT my WRITTEN instruction. WHICH THEY DID NOT HAVE! They violated my rights under 15 U.S.C 1692b section 2 that states : shall not state that such consumer owes any debt ; This consumer has contacted me multiple times without consent and sent me letters. As well as under 15 U.S.C 1692b section 3 that states. Shall not communicate with any such person more than once unless requested to do so by such person or unless the debt collector reasonably believes that the earlier response of such person is erroneous or incomplete and that such person now has correct or complete location information ; WHICH THEY DID NUMEROUS TIMES! in attempt to collect a debt. Again They also sent me a letter which violates my rights under 15 U.S.C 1692b section 5 that states : shall not use any language or symbol on any envelope or in the contents of any communication effected by the mails or telegram that indicates that the debt collector is in the debt collection business or that the communication relates to the collection of a debt. After breaking all of these laws and violating my rights I demand justice and for the account above to be deleted from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I have disputed an account with I.C. Systems on multiple occasions. I don't know what it is and to help my credit score i was actually tricked into paying it as i '' m tired of dealign ith it and i was told it was going to be removed! Now not only is it reporting differently on each bureau which is a violatoin of the FCRA there is a different balance reported! I mean what kind of lies can a company get away with? this is ridiculous. this needs to be removed. It's reported as an open and current account with XXXX and each bureau has a different payment status and a different date of last active. come on. HOW IS THIS OKAY? My next complaint is with the attorney general.

Consumer Complaint: I paid a monthly XXXX bill before moving to XXXX, and upon relocating got a bill reminder. Reached out but no success. Got a notice from debt collector, submitted proof of payment, they dropped the debt collection. Now, 1 year+ later, another debt collector, IC Systems inc sent a notice. I called, transfered around, would not give me a fax # or email, so then i went on their website to submit dispute, Did not here anything until now in their letter said i told them not to contact them, not true, then I got XX/XX/2022 a negative report on my credit 3 bureaus, scores down more than 60 points. I called ic system, and again no cooperation. They even told me they saw my payment, but insist i still owe, when their breakdown shows XXXX as part of the detail of what i owe. Actually XXXX owes me. I am submitting all documents of detail and proof of payment. I want this removed from my credit reports, and case closed now, 1 1/2 years later.
