Consumer Complaint: This is hurting my credit score which is very important to me. I know you will understand me in this situation this is becoming a frustration to me. I don't know what's happening to my credit report and I don't how you guys come up to this conclusion and report it on my credit report. This is very stressful for me because I always pay on time. Under 15 USC 1666b this billing error must be corrected because I always pay on time this is clearly a discrepancy on this account which clearly violates the 15 USC 1666 ( b ). Not only was I never late on this account, but according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), the information furnisher is required to notify me of the insertion of negative listings. Since I have disputed the lates with the creditor, and you obviously " verified '' them, I am very curious as to what kinds of " records '' you may have for this alleged account. I am very confident that you are in violation of the ( FCRA ) and ( FCBA ) sections ( 1666, 1666a. 1666b., and 1666c. ) as stated in the law. XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2021

Consumer Complaint: It appears that my my credit file has been compromised. Again, I was going through my records & noticed many information, accounts or items which do not belong to me. Since Im a XXXX for research, I found that under section 605b of the FCRA you are required by law to remove & block any accounts or information which is found to be opened due to identity theft. The dispute items do not belong to me. Im attaching the required FTC Report for you and the bank 's records ( learned through more research both parties require ). Please block/remove these files. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NY XXXXXXXX GM FINANCIAL XXXXXXXX If you feel there is a possibility these accounts belong to me I will require all documentation that bears my signature ( another research item I found that requires you to verify with 100 % accuracy that each account is 100 % true, accurate, correct, complete & VERIFIABLE ). If you do not provide any records & claim the item is verified please understand I will seek legal action. I do not take kindly to games nor does my attorney. SO please comply with the law so this matter can be handled swiftly.

Consumer Complaint: The primary issue is the dealership : XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX I purchased a new car, a XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. They told me the car would be into the dealership in about a week. I agreed and filled out the paperwork. I was keeping my existing XXXX XXXX until I received the new suv. I had updates on XX/XX/XXXX, the XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX that they still did not have the car. I was annoyed but understanding about the current vehicle situation. On Thursday XX/XX/XXXX I still did not have the vehicle and received a suspension notice from the state that my license would be suspended as I purchased a vehicle and it was not on my insurance. I called the state ( spent XXXX hours on hold ) and explained and they said that I should cancel the contract and start a new one once they received the vehicle. I called and spoke to my salesman and he said they would find me another car as mine was still not in the country. I also received a bill from GM Financial. I called GM Financial and they said that they work on the contract and have nothing to do with delivery. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me that I would have to return to the dealership to cancel the contract. I sent my sales rep XXXX a message and he said they would write me a check and then I could pay it. So I did that. I was sent a message on XX/XX/XXXX that they had a car for me. I said I couldn't get there until the XXXX but I would be in early afternoon to cancel the old contract and start a new. I received the car on the XXXX. I also had another bill delivered on the XXXX. I brought the bill in and said, Obviously they would have to pay this one as well as I only received the car that day. I was told that with the new contract, all of those bills would be resolved. I believed them. I was told I would receive a bill XXXX in the amount of {$700.00} as my first bill. I started receiving phone calls about past due payments on XX/XX/XXXX and I explained the situation. I asked to speak to a manager. He said he had no way to tell me which car we were discussing as there is no color or VIN in the paperwork at GM Financial. I called the dealership and was told that it takes a few weeks for the paperwork to catch up. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received another phone call about a payment being past due. I then had a mark against my credit ( my credit scores were XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ) and I texted and called my salesman. On the XXXX of XXXX I received another letter for {$930.00}, I sent them a picture and he said his manager already spoke to GM Financial.I called GM Financial and spoke to the manager XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX. He opened an investigation. I have never heard from him again. I sent messages every few days. I spoke to XXXX 's manager and he said he would take care of all of this. I sent multiple messages and received no real answers. My credit score has dropped from XXXX to XXXX. I am afraid I will lose my car but I will not make 2 payments for a car I didn't have. I worked hard on my credit score for 8 years to have them destroy it because of incompetency. I spoke to another manager today from GM Financial and he told me that they never changed the loan itself. They updated the VIN number and nothing else, leaving me stuck with two payments for a car I didn't have and lapsed service that are forwarded 2 months into the future.

Consumer Complaint: This will be the XXXX attempt to stop XXXX from reporting XXXX closed accounts for the US Department of EducationXXXX and XXXX closed accounts XXXX/Dept of Education on my credit report XXXX These accounts have been closed since XX/XX/2020 and XX/XX/2020, respectively. They do not show as open accounts on XXXX and XXXX which I also explained to them on the forms and in a letter. The impact of having this information displayed on my account as open has kept me from being able to rent/lease a place to live because my credit score is too low ( XXXX ) and it shows reason code : 11 - The total of your delinquent or derogatory account balances is too high. We currently live in a hotel. Secondly, I have asked more than 3 times for a duplicate account from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Colorado to XXXX removed from my credit report. The company charged me twice for the same day of service and the bill was paid in full by my insurance company. They never send any documentation to my email address, they only tell me " The information you disputed has been verified as accurate, however, information unrelated to your dispute has been updated. Account #. Where is the proof? I have even written XXXX XXXX of Colorado and XXXX XXXX XXXX and neither of them have emailed any verification documents or proof either. The information contained on one credit reports should be exact or at least similar in content and XXXX is always different and the worst when it comes to depicting someone's owed or owned debt. I am disputing these items every 3 months, if necessary, until they remove it or until I contact the Office of the Attorney General. I don't want to live in a hotel forever but until they remove the closed accounts for US Department of Education and XXXXDept . of Ed, and the duplicate account for XXXX XXXX XXXX, we will continue to live here because my credit score will never be high enough to rent or lease a place outside of here.

Consumer Complaint: I have contacted GM Financial 4 times in an attempt to get them to send a copy of car title to my lender so as to get financing to buy out end of my lease. They ask you to email other info like odometer statement but wont email a copy of title. It has to be faxed. Then they say it takes 5 days. Then when i don't get it. i call back and a supervisor says they will escalate it and that will be 2 days. Each call is 20 minutes on hold. After 4 attempts and the dealer contacting them and assuring dealer i would have it that day. We still don't have it. i started this on XX/XX/2022 for a lease that ends XX/XX/XXXX. They haven't responded to XXXX emails i have sent. The paperwork says i can buy this out through them or go to the dealer. The dealer doesnt seem familiar with the process and says i have to sell it to them and then buy it back. Huh? I have no more time to waste with the incompetency at GM Financial. I would simply like a copy of the title sent to me immediately so i can be done with this.

Consumer Complaint: Regarding account number : XXXX GM Financial is currently reporting to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX as Charge off. I called GM Financial on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX at XXXX I spoke with a representative by the name of XXXX XXXX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER : XXXX ) to confirm the charge off status. The rep indeed confirmed that the account was in a charge off status. I am aware that Pursuant to 7 CFR 1956.54 the definition of a charge off is the writing off of a debt and the termination of collection activities without release of personal liability. According to this definition once a debt is deemed charged off then it must be written off with the IRS using form 1099C Once a debt is deemed charged off, then a copy of that filed 1099c must be sent to the consumer no later than XX/XX/XXXX of the following year. This account was officially charged off XXXX of XXXX therefore a copy of the 1099c that shouldve been filed with the IRS should have been sent to me, the consumer by XX/XX/XXXX. The rep XXXX confirmed no 1099c was ever sent to me, the consumer. If no 1099C was filed and no proof of the filed 1099c was sent to me, the consumer, then the reporting status of charge off is false and misleading representation and a violation of 15 USC 1692e.

Consumer Complaint: ON XX/XX/2022 I WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP TO INQUIRE ABOUT GETTING A NEW CAR. I WAS APPROVED THROUGH XXXX XXXX XXXX FOR MY NEW CAR. I WENT HOME AND VIEWED MY CREDIT REPORT AND NOTICED SEVERAL HARD INQUIRIES FROM COMPANIES I DID NOT BENEFIT FROM. I ACTUALLY REACHED OUT TO THE COMPANIES ONE IN PARTICULAR NAMED GM FINANCIAL AND TOLD THEM TO REMOVE THE INQUIRY BECAUSE I DID NOT BENEFIT FROM THEIR COMPANY AND THAT I HAD ALREADY GOTTEN A CAR LOAN THROUGH ANOTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. GM FINANCIAL REPLIED THAT THEY WERE NOT REMOVING THE HARD INQUIRY FROM REPORT.
