Consumer Complaint: I took out a lease with GM Financial and paid the lease off in full by refinancing. I received a notice that my payments were not made. I contacted GM and they finally corrected their mistake but they had already reported this to the credit agencies. GM advised they would have this removed from all of my credit reports. They sent me a letter dated XX/XX/2016 that all the credit bureaus had been notified. Today I received a notification from XXXX indicating I was late in my payments to GM. XXXX has corrected this and I have not received the recent report from XXXX to see if they have corrected it. Despite repeated efforts on my part GM ignored the fact their lease had been paid and continued to notify the credit bureaus I was not paying my lease. Please take action against GM

Consumer Complaint: My auto loan is through GM Financial, payments are due on the XXXX of the month. I pay my payments online, when I went to make a payment on XXXX XXXX 2016, the system showed that I had a past due amount. All payments were made to date and the only payment due is for XXXX XXXX 2016. I had to make a double payment when nothing was past due. In a " chat '' conversion with XXXX, it was stated that the system shows past due on the due date. This is very wrong. I have not budgeted for a double payment. Their only resolution was to cancel my payment and repay. However now it is the XXXX and I would be past due, the system still shows past due due to the payment not processing yet, and i now would be making a late payment. I want them to refund the over payment after it has processed AND they need to " Fix '' their system to not show a payment is past due until the day after the due date.

Consumer Complaint: I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report and found late payment on the dates below : 30 days late as of XXXX 2016, XXXX 2016 and XXXX 2016. I am not sure how this happened, I believe that I had made my payments to you when I received my statements. My only thought is that my monthly statement did not get to me or the payments were misapplied. I was going through personal medical problems that could have been the cause of this but I thought I made every effort to make my payments on time in 2016.
