Consumer Complaint: I am continuing to have problems with GM Financial. Now I have applied for a home equity line and XXXX XXXX is stating I have a GM account being reported still late. I do not have two accounts - Acct XXXX has been straightened out - but GM is saying I have late payments on another account from XX/XX/XXXX - Acct XXXX - was a XXXX XXXX I traded in for in for the XXXX XXXX ( acct XXXX ) - I do not own the other XXXX - ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Oh XXXX ) took possession of the car when I leased the XX/XX/2018. My mortgage credit report still has inaccurate information on it and it is keeping us from taking care of our financial statements. This is absolutely ridiuculous that I am still paying the price ( 5 months ) for GMs XXXX up. I want my financial statement as well as my husbands to be no longer affected by GMs terrible service. I want it taken care of immediately, so that any one who we apply for credit through knows we are not deadbeats! XXXX previous dispute # XXXX

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2018 I entered into a deferment plan with finance company believing that it would bring current but, far from what has happened. This company excessive deceptive acts in applying fees and making it impossible to contact or reach them is horrific.I have request real time payments of account and cant get that info. According to my records i am current and showed an amount of credit. This company bills 30 day in advance and reports me late to Credit report agency sa being late every month. I am a online account holder who pays on line every month but they have now locked me out of my account due to excessive fees that no one can answer to. my online account will not allow me to process a monthly payment. its locks me into only paying the excessive amount onXXXX be paid so it will not take monthly payment of XXXX. Called spoke to supervisor forwarding info they requested and never heard back till i tried paying my bill today.

Consumer Complaint: I have a loan with XXXX XXXX and GM FINANCIAL. I have always made my payments on time. For some reason I realized that there was a late payment on my credit report. As you can see, I have always had a stellar payment record with this company. I tried contacting both XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX and GM FINANCIAL with no successful resolution. XXXX ajnd XXXX were reporting me late. There was definitely an error on their part. I was never 30 days late.

( XXXX ) I asked GM to take care of my credit report as well. It is continuing to report 2 late payments and I am receiving notices we are credit risks because of it. I want my credit reports taken care of immediately. It is adversely affecting our financial statement. I called GM, and they said I should check at the end of the month, no our finances are being impacted now.

Consumer Complaint: I recently discovered that your company ran an unauthorized report on me on XX/XX/2018 and XX/XX/2018. I did not authorize such an inquiry, I did not apply for credit or financing. and demand that you contact [ redit reporting agency ] immediately and have your inquiry deleted from my credit file. You do not have a permissible purpose to pull my credit report hence invaded my right to privacy and may subject to a fine. I will be filing on a claim in court should you willfully ignore my request. Any applications you have received in my name is FRAUD. I did not give anyone my permission to use my personal info. Please show me the original application for credit or service bearing my actual signature, also show me any documentation giving your company permission to pull my credit file bearing my actual signature and not a computer-generated signature. PLEASE REMOVE YOUR INQUIRIES WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THIS LETTER.
