Consumer Complaint: I am continuing to have problems with GM Financial. Now I have applied for a home equity line and XXXX XXXX is stating I have a GM account being reported still late. I do not have two accounts - Acct XXXX has been straightened out - but GM is saying I have late payments on another account from XX/XX/XXXX - Acct XXXX - was a XXXX XXXX I traded in for in for the XXXX XXXX ( acct XXXX ) - I do not own the other XXXX - ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Oh XXXX ) took possession of the car when I leased the XX/XX/2018. My mortgage credit report still has inaccurate information on it and it is keeping us from taking care of our financial statements. This is absolutely ridiuculous that I am still paying the price ( 5 months ) for GMs XXXX up. I want my financial statement as well as my husbands to be no longer affected by GMs terrible service. This company excessive deceptive acts in applying fees and making it impossible to contact or reach them is horrific.I have request real time payments of account and cant get that info. According to my records i am current and showed an amount of credit. This company bills 30 day in advance and reports me late to Credit report agency sa being late every month. I am a online account holder who pays on line every month but they have now locked me out of my account due to excessive fees that no one can answer to. my online account will not allow me to process a monthly payment. its locks me into only paying the excessive amount onXXXX be paid so it will not take monthly payment of XXXX. Called spoke to supervisor forwarding info they requested and never heard back till i tried paying my bill today.

Consumer Complaint: I have a loan with XXXX XXXX and GM FINANCIAL. I have always made my payments on time. For some reason I realized that there was a late payment on my credit report. As you can see, I have always had a stellar payment record with this company. I tried contacting both XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX and GM FINANCIAL with no successful resolution. XXXX ajnd XXXX were reporting me late. There was definitely an error on their part. I was never 30 days late.

( XXXX ) I asked GM to take care of my credit report as well. It is continuing to report 2 late payments and I am receiving notices we are credit risks because of it.
