Consumer Complaint: I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report and found late payment on the dates below : XXXX & XX/XX/2015 I am not sure how this happened, I believe that I had made my payments to you when I received my statements. My only thought is that my monthly statement did not get to me, or the payment was not applied as fast as expected. I checked my bank account and noticed that you deducted the money out of my checking account that on the month that you marked me late on my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I have contacted GM Financial for the 3 month in a row to ask if I could pay my payment by the XXXX of the month. It is due on the XXXX. This makes it 30 days late or more. They have agreed and state that my account would not be reported 30 days late to credit bureaus because of COVID-19 and I would be protected under the CARES ACT. I have to call in each month or file a complaint because they do not keep their word. This is impacting me trying to get a equity loan because my score keeps decreasing. It is very stressful that I have to go back and forth with this company. I have done what I was asked to do to make arrangements. I used the messenger on the GM Financial App and sent a message. I just want to not be stressed out by this and having to be stressed with COVID related health problems also.

After completing the XXXX XXXX training course, I was transferred to the US XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX, Arizona. I graduated from the XXXX XXXX XXXX course in XXXX of XXXX and then completed XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX, Georgia. Amazingly, I XXXX twice in three years to XXXX. During my years of service, I received the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, the XXXX XXXX XXXX, the XXXX XXXX XXXX, the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, the XXXX XXXX XXXX, the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX for the XXXX XXXX and the XXXX XXXX. XXXX has taken adverse action against me for the same debt. This harm to me during a pandemic is mostly because I am XXXX American. Can there be some since of justice? I never received the accelerant letter until last month. The Gap claimed I had requested last the 90 days and even after a settled in full contract another company has taken adverse action against me.

Consumer Complaint: I have had my auto loan with GM Financial for 3 years - XXXX XXXX XXXX ( acct # XXXX ). At the time of purchase from the dealer they set up the loan through GM Financial with auto pay. Every month they would pull the payment directly from my bank account, no problem, until recently when I received a past due collections notice. Apparently for no reason the auto pay was removed from my account with no prior notification to me. I have spent the last 2 days trying to get assistance from GM to resolve this issue. I spoke with XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and eventually XXXX, who was the only one who took the time to assist me. I have been in the XXXX XXXX for over 30+ years in XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have never received such horrible service. When you set up a loan on auto payment it should be for the life of the loan or when the customer submits a request to discontinue. It should not be arbitrarily removed by the financial institution. I have worked very hard to repair my credit after losing my job during the financial crisis. I will not pay any late fees, nor do I want this past due payment reported to the credit bureaus. Your assistance with this complaint is needed and appreciated. Consumer Complaint: I had a loan with GM Financial. My husband was has XXXX XXXX and was in the hospital and ended up very sick for summer 2019. It caused us to get behind on our car payment. I stayed in touch with company and was working hard to catch up the payment. We were 30 days behind XXXX - XXXX and in XXXX in dropped to 60. In XXXX we got it all caught up but it dropped to 30 days behind again in XXXX and they repossessed it without warning. I was devastated because it felt like we were making payments every week to try to recover. My complaint is they repoed my car with only 30 days late and when I called on the day they took it to ask what I could do to pay to get it back, assuming I could pay past due or some repo fee they said FULL balance only to get the car. I don't have the money for the whole amount. They sold it without allowing me to get it back without paying the XXXX owed and then put over XXXX as a charge off on my credit. I don't know if that was illegal but it certainly felt unfair. We were trying and weren't that far behind. I would like this removed from my credit.
