Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/23 I sent a letter disputing inaccuracies on my credit report. I sent another one on XX/XX/23. Both times I either received no response or a postcard/letter saying that it looked like I was using a credit repair agency to help me, which I guess was there way of buying time by " responding. '' Since over 60 days has passed without any investigation into these accuracies, I DEMAND that, per the law, all of these negative accounts be removed from my credit report. I have also filed a report with the FTC and the XXXX. Please resolve this immediately. It is affecting my ability to get a car and costing me a lot of money in interest charges.
