Consumer Complaint: I received my most recent consumer credit report from Experian aand have found an alarming amount of inaccurate info in regards to names that are not mine and unmailable addresses that I have also never lived out. I contacted Experian via XXXX on XXXX to inform them that this info needs to be removed and is a violation of 15 USC 1681. The agent I spoke with, told me that the info was accurate, and I told the agent that this is hearsay and that I as the consumer, am currently informing her that the info is not accurate and that continuing to report inaccurate info is a violation of my consumer rights. The agent then proceeded to say and do nothing for over XXXX XXXX. I was never informed that I was on hold and could still hear the static from the agent 's line. I disconnected the call after XXXX and XXXX of this. Experian has XXXX different names listed on my profile. XXXX of which are not mine, are misspelled, and I have never gone by these names and do not claim or recognize them. It appears that Experian had trouble verifying my identity and even asked me to provide info so that they XXXX update their records. This is also a clear indicator that the info on my report is not fully accurate.

Consumer Complaint: My federal student loan was officially forgiven on XXXX. XXXX reported on XX/XX/ that I have student loans on my credit reports which showed up today. I called today and spoke to a XXXX representative at XXXX pm. They have me on administrative forbearance and have not yet completed my forgiveness. They claim it is on the US Department of Education as the hold up. I then chatted online with studentaid.gov at XXXX pm about the reason why my loan has not been processed. My transcript is here : Hi, my name is XXXX. I am reviewing your question and will help you momentarily. XXXX thank you XXXX PM That is not something that the website would approve, that would be something that would be approved by the US Department of Education. XXXX XXXX PM so what does that mean? my loan amount is {$0.00} on my dashboard That you would need to wait for the approval of the loan forgiveness from your loan servicer. XXXX the loan servicer says they are waiting on you XXXX PM I have a letter from my servicer saying my loans are forgiven XXXX PM Okay are they showing that they are forgiven on their website? XXXX XXXX PM I have all zeros, except for my loan status being in administrative forebearance XXXX PM XXXX said they are waiting on you so they can finish the processing XXXX PM That is something that your loan servicer would handle. XXXX PM I just spoke with them and they said it is you. Your loan servicer would have to release that forbearance. XXXX PM If I do not get a resolution to this I will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Consumer Protection and my Senator and Congressman. This needs to be resolved and no one knows an answer. XXXX PM That is fine if you feel that you need to do that, I have advised that your loan servicer is the one that would handle that loan forgiveness for you. XXXX Ok. Thank you for the information. Please advise what I do to resolve this issue. Thank you, XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I am listing accounts below that have been reported inaccurately on my credit report. In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and as a gesture of respect to the Federal Trade Commission Committee on accuracy and completeness of credit information I am formally writing in today to dispute negative information appearing on my credit. This incorrect information is greatly hindering me from getting the credit score I deserve and hopefully, this letter will resolve all the issues on my credit. I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit.
