Consumer Complaint: Hello, After consolidating my XXXX loans with XXXX, my credit report shows double the XXXX loans that I should have. We are in the process of purchasing a home which means this has hurt our debt to income ratio with our mortgage loan processor. We need these loans removed as soon as possible. I have contacted representatives at Experian, XXXX, and XXXX. XXXX explained that they sent the appropriate documents to Experian showing my loans were paid in full. This would mean I should only show XXXX loan balances with XXXX. After contacting Experian multiple times, they said they had not received any paperwork from Experian and have opened up multiple disputes on my behalf. I do not understand where the bottleneck is coming from, but one of these companies is not processing my updated XXXX XXXX XXXX. I need assistance in figuring out which company it is in order to correct my credit reporting with Experian and all credit reporting agencies and improve my debt to income ratio. Is this something your office can assist with?
