Consumer Complaint: EXPERIAN is obligated by the FCRA to report accurate information. consumer has called into EXPERIAN and advised ALL inquiries reported was fraud. Said company had 4 days according to LAW to remove such items. FTC fraud report was filed on behalf of consumer. consumer is now requesting EXPERIAN to provide the documentation used to determine inquiry was indeed authorized by the consumer. EXPERIAN has 15 days to provide consumer with the name of the person spoken to, documentation used, signed application with consumer wet ink signature. consumer is NOT asking for e-oscar report. if EXPERIAN does not have documentation to show these were in fact authorized it must be removed asap. SAID company is liable under the SEC to follow certain rules. EXPERIAN is securitizing consumers data yet refuse to provide consumers a copy of their CONSUMER FILE NOT CONSUMER REPORT.

Consumer Complaint: This complaint has 2 parts, 1st part, yet again experian lied and sent a notification that another dispute was ready to view, THAT WAS A LIE AS ALWAYS as screen shots show Part 2, EXPERIAN called yesterday and left a message you could barely understand as the person could barely speak XXXX but said they would call back yesterday, THAT WAS A LIE but now we know why. This is a tactic experian uses to lie and say they made contact. The customer service rep has ABSOLUTELY NO POWER TO DO ANYTHING EXCEPT WHAT THEY CALL AN ( ESCALATION ) which nothing but a stall tactic WELL GUESSWHAT EXPERIAN YOU NOW HAVE DRAWN THE ATTENTION OF LAWMAKERS IN MY STATE AND THE D.O.J.

Consumer Complaint: My credit has stayed the same for 3 years. I've attached the credit tracker below. I have had 100 % payments and < 5 % credit utilization and my credit wont raise at all. Then my credit keeps dropping around XXXX points and then raising back the the same level as it was before with no issues on my credit report. Its happened numerous times. I've contacted Experian multiple times regarding this issue and they even looked at my credit report and see no issues or new negative reports on my credit but won't give me any information as to why my credit keeps dropping and then raising back up to the previous credit score with no new issues with my credit report. They tell me to contact a financial advisor but a financial advisor wont be able to tell me anything because theres no changes to my credit report. Just a score that keeps dropping. I brought this question up to experian just today and they said that they can't help with that. I believe that I'm being discriminated against due to being XXXX american. Because if my credit can drop randomly and raise back up to the previous level numerous times with no explaination or issue with my credit report, there's literally no way for me to solve the problem. And for a credit score to never increase despite numerous years of 100 % payments and <5 % credit utilization, there's no way for me to ever use credit in the future. 3 years is a long time for no change.

Subissue: Investigation took more than 30 days
Consumer Complaint: I have already sent a letter addressing the inaccuracies and unknown items on my credit report, but unfortunately, I have not received any response even after 30 days. It feels like I'm being taken advantage of and my disputes are being ignored. According to Section 611 ( a ), if these items are not investigated within 30 days, they should be promptly removed from my credit report. Since it has been over 30 days, I expect these accounts to be updated immediately. If not, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action due to the stress this situation has caused me. Additionally, my information was also affected by the XXXX, Experian, and XXXX data breach, which raises concerns about the security of my personal data.
