I have no knowledge of this account and also do not have any knowledge of the company they say is the original creditor. I have no idea why this is being listed on my credit and hurting my score when it is not my debt and must belong to another with the same name or else is somehow fraudulent. I do not owe this company any amount of $ and have no contract with them or the company they are associated with.

Consumer Complaint: Experian allows consumers to create an online account at experian.com. This account lets consumers view their credit information, including their credit reports. On XX/XX/XXXX, due to the XXXX data breach, I placed a " freeze '' on all my credit data. On XX/XX/XXXX, while attempting to " unfreeze '' my Experian report so XXXX XXXX could access it, I discovered an account referencing my social security number and other personal details that already existed on experian.com. Based on the username assigned to the account, I suspected another person known to me had fraudulently created the account. I immediately contacted Experian for additional information. Based on the date when the account was created ( XX/XX/XXXX ) and the responses to the " challenge questions '' ( my last name and the unauthorized person 's birth year, respectively ), I sought additional information from Experian to confirm this fraudulent access to my credit data. Two separate teams at Experian Membership and Fraud were unable or unwilling to help me.
