Consumer Complaint: This is my 3rd attempt to rectify this matter. I mailed out previous letters to the corporation and to the non affiliated credit reporting XXXX XXXX and Experian ). This is last attempt to rectify this matter before I take this to arbitration and to small claims court. According to 15 USC 6802 no financial institution should disclose any non public information to a non affiliated 3rd party. In the disclosures the company never stated that they were going to release my personal in formation to the non affiliated 3rd party nor did they say that it will negatively impact my credit score. Pursuant to 15 USC 6802 b ( 1 ) ( b ) and ( c ) they were supposed to give information on how I can opt of sharing my non public information which they did not. When I reached out to the company I spoke to a XXXX and he laughed in my ear about my concern. I also reported this to the attorney general and I got a response saying according to their policy they do not give consumers opportunities to opt-out. Well I thought federal law subsidies policy any day. I also mailed a letter to the CRA and I git a generic response. We all know the CRAs and XXXX XXXX are not affiliated in any way or are they controlled by the same owners. Unless someone is paying for my non public to furnished.

Consumer Complaint: I have sent several certified letters to Experian that they are reporting incorrect information on my credit report. I have asked for method of verification and Experian still has not responded appropriately. Their lack of professionalism is disrespectful and costing me and my family financial distress. Experian refuses to respond or delete inaccurate information after given the 30-day period to investigate my disputes. Stalling, hoping that I would stop disputing eventually.

Consumer Complaint: CFPB Complaint No. XXXX Incomplete Investigation and Request for Address Correction I am writing to address the recent communication from Experian regarding the completion of an investigation tied to my CFPB complaint ( No. XXXX ). The investigation is not complete, as there remains an unresolved issue regarding the address listed on my credit report. As I have previously detailed, the address associated with the following identifiers : Address : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, PA XXXX Address ID : XXXX Geographical Code : XXXX is incorrect, unmailable, non-deliverable, and therefore inaccurate. This continued inaccuracy is a direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), specifically under section 1681. Despite your claim of a completed investigation, this address still appears on my credit report. To rectify this situation and ensure compliance with the FCRA, I am once again providing a recent utility bill and my state-issued identification as proof of my correct address. I am formally requesting the immediate deletion and update of the inaccurate address information from my credit profile. The persistence of this inaccurate information can have detrimental effects on my credit standing and overall financial health. Please expediently process this request and provide written confirmation once the erroneous address has been removed and my credit information has been correctly updated.
