Consumer Complaint: In accordance with The fair Credit Reporting act. The list of accounts below has violated my federally protected consummer rights to privacy and confidentiality under USC 1681. I told XXXX, XXXX, and Equifax to reinvestigate these accounts XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXHowever, they stated was complete and accurate. But how is that possible if the open date, date of last activity and much more is incorrect. ACCORDING TO 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ) they are suppose to modify accounts that isnt reporthing correctly. 15 U.SC. 1681 section 602 A. States i have the right privacy. 15 U.S.C. 1681 SECTION 602 A. States 2 : it alson states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish in an account without my writtten instructions 14 U.S.C. 1681C. ( A ) ( 5 ) Sections States : no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which anetedates the report more than seven years.15 U.S.C . 1681S-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A persom shall not furnish any information relatimg to a consumers to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to belive that the information is inaccurate. Also they arent even in compliance with metro 2 credit reporting. i have evidence to prove my case
