Consumer Complaint: I withhold my consent for electronic communication and explicitly request that all responses be conveyed in written form through the United States Postal Service ( USPS ). I am writing to express my extreme frustration and dissatisfaction regarding the apparent negligence and non-compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) in your handling of my credit report. Specifically, I am addressing the inaccuracies related to the account with XXXX XXXX XXXX, originally held by XXXX XXXX, bearing the following details : XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX ) XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/2023 Balance : {$250.00}. It has come to my attention that other credit bureaus have promptly and responsibly removed these erroneous accounts from their records after identifying an error. These agencies were diligent in their investigations and successfully rectified the issue. I am left bewildered as to how your bureau claims to have verified the information, while others have acknowledged and corrected their mistakes. I am left to question your procedures, integrity, and commitment to complying with the law. It is both disheartening and infuriating that, as a victim of inaccurate reporting, my pleas for resolution have fallen on deaf ears. The blatant discrepancy between your actions and those of other bureaus is not only confusing but also indicative of a systemic failure within your organization.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to dispute the presence of fraudulent accounts on my credit report, as provided by your bureau. After a recent review of my credit report, I discovered unauthorized accounts that I believe to be the result of identity theft. I was the victim & I'm not sure why the CRA is not complying with the law. The other bureaus have followed suit. Im very confused why this one seems to ignore my requests. XXXX XXXX XXXX FRAUD, PLEASE DELETE!!!! XXXX and XXXX have already removed this account from their records. There was an error present & they were able to find it. I'm confused about how you've verified it while the other bureaus have removed it. Please delete this from my file. It is inaccurate, erroneous, incomplete, or unverifiable. I understand the importance of accurate reporting and expect swift action to rectify this situation. As per the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), I request that you conduct a thorough investigation into the legitimacy of these accounts and take prompt action to delete them from my credit report. While checking my most recent credit report, I noticed credit inquiries that I did not authorize, made by the following companies : Inquiries : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I did not authorize anyone employed by these companies to make any inquiry and view my credit report. This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 1681b ( c ) and a serious breach of my privacy rights. Please validate this information with these companies and provide me with copies of any documentation associated with these accounts bearing my signature, authorizing an inquiry. In the absence of any such documentation bearing my signature, I formally request that these fraudulent inquiries be immediately deleted from the credit file that you maintain under my Social Security number.

Upon careful examination, I noticed that there are late payments reported on my account. I have taken proactive measures to address and rectify any late payments, and I am pleased to inform you that other credit bureaus have already removed the late payments from their reports. I would like to understand the reason behind the discrepancy in reporting between your bureau and others. XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - Those payments were made on time. I am requesting that the late payment markings be updated to reflect my accurate payment history. If there is any confusion, I suggest you contact myself or XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX customer service representative. XXXX have already corrected this account from their records. There was an error present & they were able to find it. I'm confused about how you've verified it while the other bureaus have removed it. Please delete this from my file.
