Consumer Complaint: Equifax, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX has reported a XXXX XXXX with a balance that does not belong to me. This is a case of identity theft and a data breach. XXXX XXXX has also reported a XXXX XXXX credit card with a balance that does not belong to me. This is also a case of identity theft and a data breach, and I have reported it. I have already written, called, and emailed XXXX XXXX about this issue, but they have failed to follow the proper guidelines and protocol for identity theft and dispute processing. Consumer Complaint: I sent several letters to 15 U.S. CODE 1681 @ 2 ( a ) ( 1 ) I am writing to dispute an unauthorized inquiry/late payment on my credit report dated [ date of inquiry/payment ]. I did not authorize this and request it be removed in accordance with 15 US Code 1681g ( a ) ( 1 ). Please investigate and correct this error promptly. Please investigate and correct this error promptly. I submitted a complaint ONLINE, XXXX, with CFPB, on the same day ( screenshot attached ). It shows " view Results '' showing MY STATEMENT showing the negligent antics regarding the LATE PAYMENT that was to be removed a YEAR AGO after the XXXX - XXXX President wrote them TWO letters and attached the AUD that states NO LATE STATUS on what these credit bureaus refuse to remove. I've attached all the letters and screenshots as PROOF of their negligent behavior regarding my account. I went onto each credit bureau account today to DISPUTE this LATE PAYMENT, and it showed I CAN NOT DISPUTE ONLINE. I sent several letters- but they have yet to respond. They are USING STALL TACTICS. 15 U.S. Code 1681g ( a ) ( 1 )

Consumer Complaint: In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. But how is that possible if the open date, date of last activity and much more is incorrect. According to 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ), they are supposed to modify accounts that aren't reporting correctly. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.

Consumer Complaint: The credit bureaus stated my account was properly investigated but how is that possible if the open date is inaccurate, the date last active is inaccurate, and the date last reported is not accurate. Among others. This is grounds for removal. They also violated my rights under : 15 USC 1681 section 602A states I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 section 604A sec. 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 U.S.C 1681c. ( a ) ( 5 ) Section States : that no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXXXXXX I filed a complaint with XXXX XXXX because I had so many problems with my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Broken gas tank etc. car was in the shop for days and I felt l could not rely on the car. I called in XX/XX/XXXXXXXX to check on the complaint and I had to file all over again because XXXX " Lost '' my complaint. I deferred my payment to XXXX, later they clain they couldn't find the deferment and penalized my credit XXXX points. Bottom line is that this car lease and car have been returned and satisfied to XXXX XXXX. They penalized my credit again- and I have no idea why? I did not give anyone permission to run my credit. I want XXXX to fix this issue and remove it from my credit. Everything has been paid. I don't have they car XXXX does.
