I've attached all the letters and screenshots as PROOF of their negligent behavior regarding my account. I went onto each credit bureau account today to DISPUTE this LATE PAYMENT, and it showed I CAN NOT DISPUTE ONLINE. I sent several letters- but they have yet to respond. Consumer Complaint: The credit bureaus stated my account was properly investigated but how is that possible if the open date is inaccurate, the date last active is inaccurate, and the date last reported is not accurate. Among others. This is grounds for removal. They also violated my rights under : 15 USC 1681 section 602A states I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 section 604A sec. 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 U.S.C 1681c. ( a ) ( 5 ) Section States : that no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXXXXXX I filed a complaint with XXXX XXXX because I had so many problems with my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Broken gas tank etc. car was in the shop for days and I felt l could not rely on the car. I called in XX/XX/XXXXXXXX to check on the complaint and I had to file all over again because XXXX " Lost '' my complaint. I deferred my payment to XXXX, later they clain they couldn't find the deferment and penalized my credit XXXX points. Bottom line is that this car lease and car have been returned and satisfied to XXXX XXXX. They penalized my credit again- and I have no idea why? I did not give anyone permission to run my credit. I want XXXX to fix this issue and remove it from my credit. Everything has been paid. I don't have they car XXXX does.
