Consumer Complaint: I reviewed my consumer reports and noticed that i had two late payments on an account that i was never late for. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. I have never been late on payments for the accounts that i have included screenshot inside this complaint in on dates of ( XX/XX/23 and XX/XX/23 ). Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late. If proof can not be provided i demand these payments be updated to paid as agreed on time as they should be due to the fact i was never late. Thanks! Please see screenshot attached :

I never had a case tried or seen. There was NEVER A JUDGMENT. No judgment means there was never a case. A judge never saw a case so how is one being reported. Consumer Complaint: The public record continues to remain on my credit file. XXXX XX/XX/2023, submitted a request for deletion XXXX XX/XX/2023 XXXX XXXX response showing public record is unverifiable Numerous disputes have been submitted going back several years. I made phone calls to customer service and even contacted the legal department. I have made several verbal and written requests for proof that this public record exists. They referred me to XXXX in written responses and information provided on their website. XXXX is the provider and verifier for public records. I have contacted and received documentation from them. They have informed me the public is unverifiable but Equifax in writing states the opposite. With all the documents I provided showing that this is false and inaccurate information, they refuse to delete it from my file.
