Consumer Complaint: This letter is being sent to you in response to illegal findings and violations found within Claimants account with your company. Be advised that your claim is being disputed and validation and proof of claim of the disputed debt is requested in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act 15 U.S.C 1692, The Fair Credit Billing Act ( FCBA ), and the Truth In Lending Act 15 U.S.C 1601 all of which work in conjunction with each other. It is not now, nor has it ever been my intention to avoid paying any obligation that is lawfully owed by the Claimant. It has been noted on my credit report with Equifax that the account is behind in payments and has adversely affected my score. I am looking to work again, and this is having an impact on my ability to clear my record.

I have a right to opt out of the company sharing my personal and financial information. Per 16 CFR 313.7 methods of opt out. I sent a written notice to the company of me reserving my rights verbal non verbal written non written. 15 Usc 6802 b ) Opt out ( 1 ) In general A financial institution may not disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party unless ( A ) such financial institution clearly and conspicuously discloses to the consumer, in writing or in electronic form or other form permitted by the regulations prescribed under section 6804 of this title, that such information may be disclosed to such third party ; ( B ) the consumer is given the opportunity, before the time that such information is initially disclosed, to direct that such information not be disclosed to such third party ; and ( C ) the consumer is given an explanation of how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure option.
