Consumer Complaint: This debt is over five years old and should be removed from my credit report. Oklahoma statue of limitation for contractual debt is five years, and I reside in the state of Oklahoma. My last date of activity for my XXXX XXXX account is XX/XX/XXXX, but XXXX has inaccurately reported the date of XX/XX/XXXX. I asked for documentation from XXXX due to the inaccurate information and documents supplied from them confirm my last date of activity for XXXX XXXX was indeed XX/XX/XXXX. I have also filled a motion to dismiss in XXXX XXXX court due to XXXX inaccurately reporting the last date of activity, and removal on my credit report. Both XXXX and XXXX have removed this inaccurate information from my credit. I even gave Equifax the documents from XXXX showing that the dates are incorrect and that the restarted my date of debt that is now outside of the statues of limitation. I have filed two disputes regarding this with Equifax. Equifax is refusing even with the documentation to remove this from my credit report even though it is outside of the statute of limitations in the state of Oklahoma. Lawsuits from XXXX show these debt collectors often pay the credit bureau including Equifax. I even sent the documents by certified mail to Equifax and spoke to a representative regarding the matter. XXXX has been sued several times for restating the debt on consumers credit report and continues to do the same today. Attached are the statements from XXXX showing that the debt is over five years old and in the state of Oklahoma is no longer within statues to collect.

Consumer Complaint: I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to dispute and request the immediate removal of fraudulent accounts from my credit report. I have recently become aware of unauthorized accounts on my credit report, and I insist on the aggressive deletion of these accounts without any further delay. I was the victim & I'm not sure why the CRA is not complying with the law. The other bureaus have followed suit. Im very confused why this one seems to ignore my requests. The fraudulent accounts in question are as follows : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX FRAUD, PLEASE DELETE!!!! XXXX XXXX FRAUD, PLEASE DELETE!!!! XXXX XXXX XXXX FRAUD, PLEASE DELETE!!!! XXXX XXXX XXXX FRAUD, PLEASE DELETE!!!! XXXX XXXX XXXX FRAUD, PLEASE DELETE!!!! XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX FRAUD, PLEASE DELETE!!!! XXXX have already removed this account from their records. There was an error present & they were able to find it. I'm confused about how you've verified it while the other bureaus have removed it. Please delete this from my file. It is inaccurate, erroneous, incomplete, or unverifiable. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), I am entitled to a fair and accurate credit report. The presence of these fraudulent accounts is not only damaging my creditworthiness but also causing undue stress and hardship. Therefore, I demand the immediate removal of these items from my credit report. I expect the credit bureau to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and provide me with a prompt response. As the victim of identity theft, I urge you to take aggressive action to rectify this situation at the earliest possible date.
