Consumer Complaint: I asked for validation of the debt via their online contact us chat in the beginning of XXXX and the lady threatened to sue me and that wage garnishment can occur. She scared me and coerced me to pay even though I repeatedly asked for accuracy and validation be provided. She said I can dispute it after I pay and to just pay to prevent lawsuit and judgement against me. I paid because I was frightened not because I owe the debt or know of the debt. I then sent and tracked a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX asking for all allowed validation of debt documents per the FDCPA including the signed contract or agreement and I did not receive all required to validate the debt. I received XXXX credit card statement and a letter for them. I also advised in that letter I sent that I was disputing the debt and that they can not contact me. They sent multiple statements and still tried to contact me via mail. Today I reached out again and the representative said it was still in process I asked what that meant and he refused to help I advised my social security card was stolen in XXXX and that I no longer had the original police report. He refused to assist on the status of these accounts and ended the chat on me ( hung up ) I have not received debt validation. They refused to help with questions and threatened me. I took screen recordings of every conversation and have the tracking number and copy of letter that I sent requesting the information I am legally entitled to.

Consumer Complaint: I became XXXX XXXX in XXXX. The XXXX account I had was supposed to have protection for this. I paid a monthly fee for this coverage. Midland Credit management contacted me on behalf of XXXX this year. I was too sick to argue about the Credit protection so just set up a payment plan with Midland for XXXX a month since I'm on XXXX XXXX and can't afford much. Midland Credit took {$880.00} out of my bank WITHOUT my permission. Our agreement was for XXXX a month. Luckily I caught the charge and called my bank, who then reversed the charged and blocked any further withdrawals from Midland. I had to cancel my debit card. I reported them to the credit reporting agency for stll showing a delinquent balance on my credit report, and the decision was in my favor. Yet they are still showing up on the other two agencies as delinquent. Since they tried to steal almost my entire XXXX check when our agreement was XXXX a monthI refuse to pay them a XXXX. It should have been covered in the first place but even when I tried to go ahead and pay in small amounts what I could, Midland tried to steal almost XXXX out of my bank. Please make them take themselves OFF all my credit reports and cancel this debt. This insanity has not only imcreased my health problems, but I also have severe XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I have been a complete walking nervous breakdown. Please fix this for me before I jave to hire an attorney I can't afford Thank you, XXXX XXXX

I finally received a notice from them in the mail but when I call to set up payment arrangements or pay off, I can't. One agent said that I will have to call back. When I did call back the agent said that they couldn't access my account. I tried the chat and the agent said they couldn't access my account. I tried setting up a new account... all to no avail.
