It is my understanding that under the FCRA, a creditor or collection agency must have a permissible purpose to furnish information to consumer reporting agencies. The permissible purposes for such reporting include, but are not limited to, situations where the consumer has provided consent or when the reporting is related to a legitimate business transaction. I dispute the accuracy of the information you have reported and question whether your agency had a permissible purpose to furnish this information. If your agency did not have a permissible purpose as required by FCRA 604, I kindly request that you take immediate action to remove this entry from my consumer credit report. I also request that your agency provides written documentation of the permissible purpose under which this information was reported to the consumer reporting agencies, including any evidence of my consent or a legitimate business transaction between me and XXXXXXXX XXXX including the original contact between me and XXXXXXXX XXXX within 15 days of receiving this dispute. Consumer Complaint: They are still emailing me after I asked them to reach out to the address they have on file. I have yet to receive requested validation of debt. I replied to the email they sent stating I have not received requested information and to please stop contacting me until I do. I reported to Credit Bureaus but they are still updating my account as accurate even though I was not supplied proof. This is an unfair business practice and a violation of my rights.

Consumer Complaint: Despite multiple CFPB complaints citing REAL laws, cease and desist orders, and identity theft reports, This company continues to email me and send me mail for a debt that is NOT MINE. I have proven per previous complains that the debt is not mine and that they are in violation of my rights as a consumer. The accounts are to be removed immediately and i want restitution for the damaged caused to my credit, being in non-compliance, and for the mental and financial stress this has put on myself and my family. My home currently has no heat and i have XXXX kids to take care of because i am unable to access credit that is rightfully mine thanks to the inaccurate reporting and NON-COMPLIANCE of this company. Negligence of the law is no excuse for your actions. Find the previous CFPB complaints. I'm not doing any more of your work for you.
