Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Ca XXXX XXXX 15 U.S. Code $ 1681c-2 a consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than 4 business days after the date of receipt. It has been 30 days and you are in VIOLATION of this law because I am a victim of identity theft!! Please delete these items IMMEDIATELY! These accounts should not be furnished on my consumer report as they are in VIOLATION!!! Under, 15 U.S Code 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports ( a ) IN GENERAL Subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the WRITTEN INSTRUCTION of the consumer to whom it relates. I NEVER gave any consumer reporting agency WRITTEN CONSENT to report anything on my consumer report which violates my rights as a federal protected consumer. NO CONSENT IS IDENTITY THEFT. As a consumer I am demanding the deletion of the accounts listed IMMEDIATELY!

Consumer Complaint: I recently put in my complaint this is XXXX XXXX I accidentally said XXXX and my data was compromised with XXXX.my email is XXXX I didn't put my number XXXXmy next complaint is with credit acceptance I called them repeatedly over the years and explained to them I had a disaster fire and 4 years later they say I owe XXXX XXXX XXXX blew up XXXX the winter storm that's where I lost everything they seem to have no regards.i think this is so unfair and they won't do anything to help with the situation.fema had to help around XX/XX/XXXX in XXXX Texas where I had to relocate XXXX.Right before that in XXXX I was informed that my identity was stolen and fraud was committed so I went to XXXX police station to file charges as well as get a police report.due to the fire I lost everything no paper chase.as of today my information is still being used I was informed my information is on dark web and will remain there.im unable to get my id social security card birth certificate.please help in anyway possible.im fighting with my bank because my money was stolen from my XXXX online account XXXX and I was incaserated in XXXX county from XXXX XXXX XXXX transaction has been made during that time over XXXX XXXX dollars.please let me know what I can do thank you

After a month of having the vehicle I was told the finance company has rejected the loan after approving it. The vehicle was registered and listed Credit acceptance as the lien holder and now they refuse to release the lean so the new company I was approved with can take over the loan. They didnt issue the loan and now refuse to release the lien

Creditors refuse to correct these inaccuracies and have left me paying higher interest, being denied for credit, and left me no other choice but to report their illegal activities.

Consumer Complaint: The car was a mess and broke down on me regularly. I ended up being laid off because of XXXX. I was unable to make the payments. I have not received anything from his company about the debt and I was garnished for the first time today XX/XX/2023 I had no notice of the garnishment by the company or my employer. I called the collection agency to try and make payment arrangements and they would not. Today {$280.00} was taken from my check and I owe a total of {$5800.00}. I can not afford to have this amount of money. Come out of my check every pay period.

Consumer Complaint: My car was repossessed in XX/XX/2023 and I paid them off in XX/XX/2023 to the tune of {$5000.00}. I have had to call them over XXXX times regarding the release of my vehicle. As of XX/XX/2023, They still can not seem to get the release to the correct company that is holding my car. They have lied about everything from the beginning including that I had to take their service contract for {$2400.00} to get the loan. They have lied repeatedly to me regarding releasing my car for over XXXX months after it was paid in full. Now they are trying to add money owed for the storage of my car that they will not release. They are telling me I still owe {$150.00}!! I have not been able to work in those XXXX months and XXXX now about to be evicted. I literally can not afford to feed myself, and when I call them, its always oh, youll have to call back tomorrow. I have been called upwards of a dozen times in XXXX day by them. Consumer Complaint: This account did go to collections. XXXX XXXX sold my account to a collection attorney because at this time, my husband was severely injured in the coal mine he worked. He had to receive XXXX XXXX surgeries. After all was said and done, I reached out to the attorney to begin payments on my debt. The account has been paid in full and I was mailed the title to the vehicle. A year or so later, the vehicle was traded in on a truck. XXXX XXXX continues to report this account as open, delinquent, with a {$3300.00} balance. Since XXXX. I do not owe this money. They do not have the title but continue to refuse to remove this from my credit file. I would NOT have been able to trade this vehicle in without a title. My issue is that I don't know how to prove this as this occurred almost 10 years ago and I have nothing to definitively prove this is what happened. As of XXXX this account is the only negative mark on my consumer file. They have refused to remove this and I am in desperate need of assistance. Please ask them for a copy of the title to prove the account. They can't do it because they don't have it. I DID.
