Consumer Complaint: Since XXXX I have been fighting with XXXX to remove a fraudulent account from credit acceptance Corp. I took them to court in XXXX and I won the case as they were UNABLE to verify this account! So originally it was on all three bureaus but XXXX an XXXX did remove but XXXX keeps saying that they have verified this account and IT IS mines! But that is NOT possible as I not only took them to court but that also had been garnishing my check and ended up having to refund all of my money that they stole from me! So please help me I have requested the verified info XXXX told me they do not physically verify they take the creditors word an thats ridiculous because I need to know what they are using to get XXXX to keep fraudulently reporting this account it is really hurting my score.

I went through you guys to have the issue fix I also let the company no that my car was making an strange sound after been towed they denied the noise or damage that could have been done and only fixed what was visible ..I have been out of several thousands of dollars since than repairing a car from the ropessions. Each dealership I take the car to states that depending on how my car was repo it could be that the damage my transmission the company states the have pictures showing my car was tow correctly while I show other wise if my car was tow correctly why and how did the damage it in the first place credit acceptance account XXXX the supervisor stated if you need further assistance and still having issues reach out and we will help but since reaching out the are unable to assist me

I never had a vehicle with Credit Acceptance. Whoever did opened an account and used my info to get it. i don't have any idea on how this happened. I have had multiple accounts opened in my name and I have never had a vehicle with Credit Acceptance. I am XXXX and don't have any money to pay this company for a that I never knew about nor owned. Someone posed as me and got a account opened with my information.

Consumer Complaint: I applied for a vehicle loan in XX/XX/XXXX at that time my XXXX year old was having XXXX XXXX XXXX in which i was unable to work due his stay in the XXXX XXXX hospital in XXXX. The vehicle was repossessed and it really put my family in a terrible situation concerning me getting back and to work and my son back and forth to his Doctors appointments..As of XX/XX/XXXX they have been garnishing my wages every week which has also put my family in a financial hardship.i tried to explain to them the situation about my son and also that i have been diagnosed with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ... .and that would like to get this issue resolved.i was told that there's nothing they can do to help me with this matter because i was supposed to go to court but was unaware of the court date until aftet the court date had passed ... unfair..the $ amount that they have taken up to date is {$3300.00} and as my credit report states a remaining balance of {$3100.00} ... they take from my check every week they're also taking from my children ... i have XXXX children, rent, utilities, food, clothing and basic necessities that i struggle to pay because of the amount the garnish every week..i turn down overtime because the more i make the more they take ... and it's frustrating and i don't need the added stress ... they sold the vehicle and yet i have to pay for a product i have had in years ... not fair ... who does things of this nature ... The rep stated what day will work for u I said no later than the XXXX of the month. The response was it's not a problem. So they started calling me on the XXXX I stated to them I made arrangements to pay by the XXXX and was told it was not a problem the rep on the phone said that no one told me it was not a problem.
