Consumer Complaint: Got van from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CO on XX/XX/XXXX. I only had the van in good working condition for 4 months. Vehicle had warranty for XXXX miles. When I got the van, I drove home and the next day I notice the miles was wrong from the warranty contract. I asked XXXX XXXX XXXX to removed the warranty but I was told I cant but they did give me some money back. But thinking about it, it doesnt equal the amount of money it collected with interest. The reading on the contract had XXXX Miles on it but the actual miles on the van was over XXXX. The van transmission started acting up in XXXX, I called XXXX XXXX XXXX and told them about it. They said call XXXX XXXX XXXX, I called them and they told me to drop it off at XXXX XXXX service. I got a call from XXXX XXXX service desk, and was told XXXX XXXX declined the service and said I was out of warranty. I was told I would pay over {$5000.00} to get it fix. I didnt have the money and Covid was going on. I called Credit Acceptance and told about it. They said nothing could be done. In XXXX, I called Credit acceptance and did a voluntary surrender of the van. I paid the fee for the van and told XXXX XXXX that it was going to be repossessed and the company going to pick it up. Couple week went by, I get a call from XXXX XXXX saying the van still there and its collecting storage fee. We had no choice but to bring it back to my home. I called XXXX XXXX again, telling them the location of the van and its still parked here. I feel like they dont want to pick it up, they want to keep collecting the APR and late fee. I stop paying in XX/XX/XXXXXXXX and to this day it shows as open and Im being charged {$15.00} late fee each month plus interest. It also has been hard for my credit, I have 41 late 120 days.

Consumer Complaint: The CREDIT ACCEPTANCE account reporting on my consumer report is incorrect and needs to be removed. Every alleged account is reporting inaccurately and erroneously, which is grounds for removal under the direct violation of 15 USC 1681 ( Reporting incorrectly ). Please have them COMPLETELY REMOVE THE ACCOUNT because I have given them plenty of time to conduct a full and complete investigation on this inaccurate and erroneous account. Please don't just have them do it by eoscar ; my life depends on my good credit. Every inaccurate account is unauthorized and needs to be removed ASAP. This debt collector and credit reporting agency engaged in abusive, deceptive, and unfair practices of the FDCPA, which it prohibits. They furnished this account that we didn't agree upon, and I didn't sign an agreement. A legal contract is signed by two parties, and I did not participate in any of it. Furthermore, they didn't follow the proper 5-step validation procedure, making this an unfair practice. According to the FDCPA, I'm entitled to {$1000.00} per violation, and clearly, they violated my rights. I will attach all documents to this complaint. Companies have failed to investigate this account which is a violation of the FCRA AND FDCPA LAWS.
