In XXXX of XXXX, I got an email relating to COVID-19 that late fees assessed that I have attached for reference. I also, got a letter this year in XX/XX/XXXX, asking me to remit XXXX dollars and the account would be considered close and the matter resolved. This payment was submitted and processed on to Credit Acceptance Corp *XXXX for the amount of {$31.00} on XX/XX/XXXX I had attached this letter for reference. I have not received the title as well. They are reporting this account every month as late on a payment.

Consumer Complaint: Im submitting a complaint in reference to Credit Acceptance Corporation ( CAC ). They are reporting my auto loan account as open. This loan was paid off by the insurance company on XX/XX/XXXX. How can they report an open account with no monthly payment amount listed? Also the open and term dates are reporting inaccurate. They have it listed on XXXX : High balance {$15000.00}, Current balance : {$14000.00}, payments made : {$1400.00}. Report date XX/XX/XXXX, Open date XX/XX/XXXX. Late payments {$0.00}, their reporting as over 120 past due. So within a two year timeframe, their saying I only paid {$1400.00} towards my balance. This is an auto loan not an revolving line of credit. Each credit report is reporting something different. I will attach a screenshot of the reports to support my claim. I would like this company to be removed of all three of my credit reporting agencies. Then see attached documents I have lawyer office saying I owe them for the same auto loan.
