Subissue: Account information incorrect
Consumer Complaint: I was initially filed a complaint in XX/XX/2021, Credit Acceptance responded that my balance was accurate. I have been paying {$200.00} every 2 weeks my remaining balance is {$130.00}, when I made this agreement Credit Acceptance stated they would stop collection which they have not, I never ask to be put on COVID-19 protection because I was paying {$200.00} every 2 weeks. Every month Credit Acceptance reports to the credit bureaus this is not right because I kept my promise to pay bi-weekly. The reporting is also not correct it shows a balance of over {$2000.00} which is not correct I'm attaching my payment ledger, also the last report stated Credit Acceptance sole my account to someone and they are putting in the reports monthly again which is not correct, I have and continue to communicate with Credit Acceptance.
