Consumer Complaint: So this is another report regarding credit acceptance corp so I asked them for the original contract they never sent it to me they sent me aone sheet of paper with a signature and not the signatures to the original contract which my name on the file was XXXX XXXX not XXXX XXXX XXXX it's a defamation of character the dealership sent me a fake contract to my house with fake signatures and credit acceptance corp sent me one sheet of paper when I asked for the original contract and I had a claim number through XXXX XXXX XXXX already that the insurance company should have paid for the car it should on all three bureaus o. My credit report as paid or it should not be on there at all I tried to fix this several times this is indeed fraud and XXXX also shows on my insurance paper my name that was on the original contract that's defamation of character I already have a claim number from XXXX insurance company through my legal sheild attorney so to be up on my credit report as a balance that's not paid is illegal and is violating my amendment rights

Consumer Complaint: so I have problems with a few companies and what they are reporting on me the companies would be XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ), Credit Acceptance Corporation, and XXXX XXXX XXXX.These companies are reporting false information to the data furnishers which results in my credit report being inaccurate and has a major affect on my score. I have spoken with XXXX and Credit Acceptance Corp and ask them to update the information due to fraud with my identity I also have the case on file with the FTC and XXXX It is a unknown bill in my name reporting collections from XXXX in the amount for {$1600.00} on my XXXX. Credit acceptance corp is reporting a closed account in my name for the amount {$17000.00} They also are updating a balance on account that presumes as closed which is also in violation of my consumer rights according to the FCRA. As for XXXX XXXX XXXX they are reporting a collections account in the amount of {$4800.00} due to the fact that I had my baby on XXXX XXXX2018 and they are charging me for an unknown service that I have no knowledge of because before even having my baby They were asked do they take my insurance and the hospital that performed the surgery ( XXXX hospital XXXX, IL ) assured me that they accepted my insurance at the time which was XXXX XXXX XXXX and it would be billed to them now years later I am seeing a billed collection in my named due to misinformation on the health providers side. Also XXXX deleted it off of my account now XXXX and XXXX are showing inaccuracy because they will not delete it and the account was never verified by me I also spoke with them and the account is under dispute.

I was asked by a person if I could be a co signer, I didnt know much about any of that yet but i said Ill go in with them to see, I gave them all my information but at the end they said I couldnt co sign because I didnt have an ID. The person was still able to get the car but I just figured they were able to get it without me. Years later i as learn more about credit I see I have an auto loan from credit acceptance from XXXX of 2015 for amount listed above I contacted credit acceptance and told them I shouldnt be held accountable for the remaining balance of {$7800.00} because I was told without an ID to confirm who I am XXXX XXXX ( car company ) said I couldnt co sign but not only that I was suppose to co sign but they put the ENTIRE thing in my name. So Im in charge I didnt even have a XXXX ID so it shouldnt have went through

Consumer Complaint: Credit Acceptance Corp keeps reporting my account open although the account is showing closed and paid with a {$0.00} balance on their own website. I paid the {$1700.00} on XX/XX/22. I was deeply impacted by the shutdowns with an inability to make a living due to the pandemic and I made them aware of the situation but they provided no relief to me. All I want is for the account to be reported accurately and closed out. This should have been done well over 2 years ago.
